Do you guys think we’ll get any Live Action News on One Piece Day?
Just curious I did a quick search and it seems there’s no confirmation of LA announcements but maybe I’m missing something

I’m curious since both of these seasons are fairly hated overall by the masses

Please call the marines if you have any suspicions about your neighbours
To me it’s easily Carti.
Auntie has some ignorant opinions that are engagement bait but she does seem to respect black people and their art overall
Carti on the other has historically pulled from queer and women’s aesthetic while showing strong contempt for both but especially women as he has been caught assaulting multiple women
He also steals from from punk aesthetics while sharing none of the same politics or understanding of the genre
Overall he’s just way more of a larper and culture vulture but his music used to be so good people let it slide
Bear = You’re a rape apologist and probably a rape unacknowlogist
Ian = You use people psychologically and sexually but got that charisma tho
Sarah = You’re a bit of a pick me but pretty chill
Nikki = You’re chill af
Guy who works for One Wish Willow = You’re evil and chill af
Girl at store = You hate capitalism and you’re chill af
Guy at Store = You’re chill at the expense of others
Homeless guy = You’re failed by society but chill af
Sarah’s Dad = you’re a morally goated freak in the sheets
Arlong and Wapol are both incredibly difficult villains to capture on screen but the show did a great job on both. I have a really tough time picking which one I like more. Right now I’m thinking Arlong but it’s really close. Both actors were phenomenal Arlong just felt way more like a genuine threat.
Based on Acting, Aesthetics and Story which character do you prefer more?
Specially Sanji’s Dream
Specifically the ultimatum Zoro gives to Luffy. I think the LA can definitely improve on the way it’s handled in the manga without really changing the core structure. Zoro has a great point but is really manipulative in presenting it. It’s also super weird that only the strong guys get a say in this. Nami, Robin and chopper are completely omitted from the conversation as it’s all about “manly honour”. Perhaps I could see a situation where they play up Zoro is speaking from a place of hurt and Sanjis agreement with him also gets him to translate Zoro’s callus machismo into the point he’s actually making about Usopp needing to take responsibility for tearing the team apart.
Perhaps also an acknowledgment too that if Usopp didn’t do what he did they’d all be dead at Enies Lobby. Usopp’s defiance of his Captains orders is the reason the captain is alive, however, he still let his insecurities hurt his family and put them in danger.
