What should I do?

So I am born and bought up in Qatar working in a reputed firm for almost 6 years now. I have been wanting to travel to US or UK for a while and I have been recently been rejected for UK and have previously been rejected for US Visa twice. These were tourist visa application

Thing I wanna know is should I try UK again or try a Schengen Visa first?

P.S. I haven’t traveled much outside GCC except for Thailand and Georgia for the past 10 years.

Let me know guys your thoughts and suggestions.

I tried all these Visa applications through agency thinking it will be easier in terms of the submission documents required.

So guys I have been interviewed for a role in FTP(Fund Transfer Pricing) in one of Banks in Qatar. I have done my MBA in Business Analytics and completed my Level 1 of FRM. From what I heard I might be offered 18k-19k. I am single and looking to get married soon as well. What do you guys think about offer if offered. Wouldn’t I be able to negotiate? Please keep in mind they are not able to get anyone for this role and this is a one person department sorta thing as of now.

Advice Needed

I am 28 M. So I wanted to grow my curly hair for a bit and I feel it will look good with the right products. I have been using Shea Moisture curl shine shampoo and conditioner once a week and I use their curl enhancing smoothie whenever I wet my hair I use a diffuser to define my curls better. I recently did a session of PRF for hair growth as well.

I wanted to know if this is enough or is there anything I need to add or remove in my routine.
