Hi, we are new to adulting and trying to better manage our finances. We found some sample budgets online, but some of them seem quite unrealistic to me.
For example here a household income of 11800, net take home pay would only be around 10000. That means they are spending more than 50% of their income just on servicing their loans! (3000+2500).
Isn’t this too high a ratio and spending beyond their means?
Apparently, 2.6% of physicians are Black men. That is clearly what this man was trying to convey when he said “I now join the 2.6% of Black men who are physicians.”
I have seen some discussions about this and there is disagreement about whether his statement is correct in the sense that it conveys the intended statistic of “2.6% of physicians are Black men”, or whether it actually conveys the statistic “2.6% of Black men are physicians”.
What is the correct reading of this sentence? Can it be legitimately interpreted as saying “2.6% of physicians are Black men” without breaking correct English usage?

Was at the park today just chilling on a bench and it hit me just how beautiful life is.
