We pay too expensive for what we get…

I don’t wanna go into details but I purchased 🍏 pro max which is cheaper than the latest Samsung S26 Ultra and not only the apps are so much better optimised and beautiful but the Weather forecast app is so so good. How can Samsung charge us kidney and then wherever you click in the Weather app you are sent to the spam page of the internet full of advertisements? Samsung only have few apps and they discontinue them as well know. One of them messages…. I still keep my 26 Ultra but it’s my Android backup phone and nothing else. Dating apps especially work so bad on it. Two of them loading forever despite having a good connection and have bugs while on 🍏 they load instantly…. Excuse is “oh but it’s Android so nothing can be done” Well why so bloody expensive then?!

12mp mode with x3 zoom. Is that normal?! I am disappointed!

I am pretty sure it was x3 zoom when the whole photo was out of focus so I pressed in the middle of the screen to activate some focus and it did focus only in the centre of the screen. Look at the left and right side of the photo how blurry it is! The rest of the photo turned generally good at my day at Kew Gardens London yesterday :) This photo is not so important to me because I am regularly visiting Kew Gardens yet I am conce as this situation may ruin some important shot in the future. I am on OneUI9 beta 4 if that matters

OneUI9 beta 4 nice timer animations improvements. They are even better when not screen recording but I don't have another phone to show you guys.

I hope to see similar animations all over OneUI but knowing Samsung I will have to wait until the end of time maybe haha

Delayed notifications from some apps make it not the perfect experience

Literally some apps are neglected by the phone and if I don't open them I will not know that I have messages whatsoever. That's not good. No need to tell me about battery settings. It's the software made this way. Definitely from the core of the system:(

X9 Pro with the latest July update here.

I never got used to the wobble of this phone but I found the solution.

It not only fixed the problem but also matched my phone case perfectly well hehe

I don't know if photos are allowed as comments but if yes then feel free to post your solutions of this problem!

Do you use the new capsule on lock screen/AOD full screen?

I personally tried it for some time and I liked it at first because I guess it is something new but to be honest I find it useless now and switched back to normal cards. Another problem is that it is only available for full screen AOD and not available for partial screen- classic AOD

App results in Finder are at the very bottom while I need them to be on top as this is what I am using Finder for yet no option for this...

I already searched the sub but I can't find an answer of how I could make apps to stick on top of Finder results. It's annoying I have to close the keyboard then scroll down to only find the apps I am searching for. On competitors software they are on top and that's useful. I already checked all options and nothing is helpful to be honest. I turned off everything I could yet apps wouldn't go on top unless I typed the whole app name almost. Why wouldn't Samsung let me choose what I want to be on top of the results? This is the only thing I need from Finder and I can't have it...

Little I knew my happiness would be darkened by the wobble of this phone

As if Samsung intentionally desided to make this phone like that otherwise it would be too good to be true?! I am wondering what were they thinking when they designed it? Maybe their intention was to make us put the phone with the screen down and never look at it? That's for better digital wellbeing, less screen on time ? Very good Galaxy with design flaw.

OneUI9 beta increases soze of the battery and all status bar items

So I don't know why Samsung spent so much time on OneUI8.5 to make everything tiny and now OneUI9 has larger battery icon again but this time is the same size as everything else in the status bar. Even the clock is much bigger. Overall better visibility and all but what are they doing? They are shooting randomly to be honest. Can't they stick to certain look?

What do you like most about 16.1 whoever installed it?

Do you find the capsule on the lock screen useful at all? For sure it looks nice but how functional is it in real life? Let me know your favourite new function or visual on ColorOS 16.1

I got the phone with the idea I could return it in a couple of days only because of all the complaints of the screen and hue and angle problems. Honestly I used the phone for a few hours and the conclusion I have so far is that for whatever reason the display feels better than the one on S25 Ultra how come? The internet can really make you scared sometimes...

Yeah by the way the OneUI 8.5 which is so delayed for the S25 Ultra feels good ...
