I absolutely love boiled potatoes

I really can’t get enough. They’re the perfect meal, snack, accompaniment. Make me happy when I’m sad, make me happy when I’m happy. Great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They’re not fussy and neither am I. I don’t need salt or oil or roasting or frying. Simply boiled till they gently slide off the fork. A real delicacy.

One was growing some legs so I cut them up and planted them: bam - potatoes. Crappy soil on a tiny balcony, yet they’re growing and they’re happy.

I plan to go to the Andes to pay my respects. I’d like to learn more about the potato history as well as the culture they originate from. Something so beautiful about such a versatile, diverse crop - there are over 3,000 types in the Andes alone!

All hail the boiled potato

Charity shop find, I think £9.50 for both! I didn’t end up getting them but I hope they’re very happy in their new home

The first time I had the pesto fillets they were delicious but this time it was bland and gristle. Beets were good. Anyways, let’s start the day

April 2024. I’d love to roll around in those clouds, I bet they’d feel incredible

29th March 2024, 7:29am. 4 days after the full moon (waning gibbous if you will).

Cast iron street lamp + white van + fairy sky. I need an adjective that says “soft morning adoration before a lively day doing things we love with people we love”. So pretty!
