Hi All,

I have been OE for almost 5 years, max Js at once was 6, lowest is 4. Currently 5. I have been in my field for over 15 years. OMG reading some of these stupid posts and questions. I don't mean to demean anyone but, my God, if you are asking the most basic questions only proves you should not even think about OE. I always said, if you do not have AT LEAST 7-8 years of experience, you most likely should not OE. Yes, some can do it with less but, OE is not ONLY about how good you are at your job, its also about developing your social and soft skills, learning to play the "game", balancing your workload, knowing when to accept a meeting and when to decline/reschedule, learning how to become a reliable employee that people leave you alone, knowing when to go "all in" and knowing when to slow down, learning when to have your camera on/off. All this takes time and experience beyond simply being good at your job. If you are here asking and posting the most basic dumb questions, that is your answer. NO, you should not OE.

Ok rant over.

Little background:

I’ve been a Thor main since S1, I’ve hit C2 almost every season since then and peaked at C1 2 seasons ago all while literally OTP Thor the entire time.

But maaaaannnnn have I been have been getting absolutely destroyed this season as Thor. Is it just me or are others having the same issue?

My last 3 games have been exactly like this

Game 1: start as Thor go 1-3. Swap to Emma. End the game 27-5

Game 2: start as Thor go 0-3. Swapped to strange. End the game 19-4

Game 3: start as Thor 1-4. Go Emma. End the game at 30-6

We won all 3 games but it’s extremely frustrating and demoralizing being that bad at Thor after all this time lol.

I’ve looked up top Thor players to see what they’re doing and nothing new or special that I’m not, well, except they’re not getting wrecked like I am lol.

Anyone else?

I’ve been a Thor mains since S0, hit C2 a few time with him and peaked last season at C1. My other 2 “mains” are Emma and Strange. I’ve lorded every ranks except Thing and Cap. With all that said, I want to go all in on Mag this season, I’ve had a great when I lorded and ready for a change from Thor. I started a Smurf account because I want to learn Mag in comp as I rank up and holy hell, how do you guys do it with Mag?
I was “destroying” teams until I hit Gold and now I can barely get out of gold with him lol. I’m pretty sure I’ll get out of gold and confident I can hit Diamond with him but his carry potential seems way less than Thor. I’m having a hard time with him.

Any tips or opinions? I know the basics of using him to poke the back line. I’m also slowly getting better at hitting his ult but my god is it a hard ult to hit at the right time
