I'm having some issues with blurbleing and missing at 1/8-1/4 throttle on my 18 xcw with a 6 hours top end .

I've tried jetting, cleaning, installed 2 diff carbs with the same issues so I ran a leakdown test with 5 psi and found that there was a big air leak at the power valve on both sides I had recently cleaned & replaced the power valve orings with aftermarket ones .

I thought I might have did something wrong or an o ring got pinched etc but everything was correct and the orings were in the right places.

I decided to change the o rings again anyways and there is still a large air leak at the pv o rings. The power valve etc has about 40 hours on it so shouldn't be worn out. I am not %100 sure if this is normal and I need to look elsewhere or what. I have checked the stator and coil and they tested good Any other ideas ?

Update... I may have fixed the issue I installed another set of o rings in the power valve and the pressure test passed with no bubbling at the pv everything was installed correctly but they must have been crappy orings . Got them with a namura kit ( yes I know) , I installed cheaper orings and they seem to have sealed the power valve lol will update if it fixes the issues.

My xcw has a fan connector which I found but I don't see the relay holder for the relay is it hiding or non existent?

Also where does the ECU get the temp data from to turn on the fan , I don't see any temp sensors .

Hi has anyone checked the valve lash on one of these motors? It looks a little cramped in there and I suspect it's causing some hot starting issues, Some context:

My bro has a 2919 merc 30 that has trouble starting occasionally after it's at operating temp which is annoying it starts great when cool and idles , runs fine, We checked a few things such as the vst tank which was clean , the plugs looked good but we changed them we checked and changed the thermostat which was not stuck . The starter may be spinning a little slowly due to the wires going to the batt but we plan to change the wires which may be corroded Any other ideas?

Hi my friend and father has no Ringback tone ( the ringing tone heard when dialing someone) it's just silence untill the other person picks up , it is annoying because they cannot tell if the call is actually going through. Is this a PM server side issue?
