I made this lucky hobbit foot bag charm / keychain for an art market last week and I’m wondering how I could make it more obvious that it’s a hobbit foot and not big foot? I also felted Gandalf the Grey. Hope y’all like them ☺️☺️🤞🤞
Maybe they won’t be able to just trash this one immediately? Or at least it’ll break the shredder? Keep calling congress, y’all ❤️🔥❤️🔥
I had an art / craft market over the weekend and I needle felted these bag charms. The puffer fish and rodents eating watermelon were I hit, but I personally love my lucky hobbit foot 😂🥰 hope y’all enjoy these.
I used a range of wool batts and roving (merino and Corriedale) and various needle felting needles (my go-tos are a 36 gauge for the core wool base, 40 for the colors, and 42 for the tiny details). Each charm took anywhere from 45 mins to 2 hours. The bigger ones like the chill pill took me about an hour while the chomp or puffer fish took about 2 hrs. I only stabbed myself 3x but one was bad enough that I needed a bandaid. Let me know if you have any questions!
Edit: added more about my process
I crammed last week felting bag charms for a craft market over the weekend. Here are some of my favorites. The puffer fish and rodents eating watermelon sold immediately, but my favorite was the lucky hobbit foot 😂
Hope y’all like them and happy needle felting / stabbing 🥰🥰
