Shoes Still Dirty After Cleaning

Looking for help!

Bought tennis shoes (Cloudrunner 3) a few weeks ago. They got dirty, I cleaned them, no issues. Yesterday, I went to clean them again, and they looked completely clean however as they started the dry..I noticed these dirty brown spots pop up.

The first clean I did I used one of those shoe cleaning kits with the liquid and then using a stiff brush. Once I saw they were still dirty, I used a stiff brush but this time using laundry detergent as the cleaning agent.

Same thing happened. It looked clean once I was done but then when it started drying..it got dirty again.

Anyone have any advice? I don’t know why this is happening.

Why are there no resales on Ticketmaster?

Wanted to go to one of her concerts in NYC which start tomorrow. I’ve been checking here and there and Ticketmaster has everything sold out, even still. I’m confused why there aren’t any resales on Ticketmaster? Surely there has to be some people who can’t go?

Best chance of getting autograph during a slow period during the day?

Hi all. I’m considering going to MC3 and this would be my first con experience ever.

This specific con, I do think there will be multiple autograph sessions throughout the day for this particular actor and it sounds like you can pop in for whatever session you want.

I’ve heard of experiences where sometimes lines can be very long to the point where your interaction with the actor is super short, a quick “hi” and “goodbye”.

I was curious, is there typically a period during the day where autograph lines are the shortest which would give me a chance at having a longer interaction with the actor? Such as maybe going to the last autograph session of the day?

Any other tips?

Thank you!

MTX nausea and other possible symptoms?

Hello. Well today is my first out of two MTX injections. First time ever having an ectopic pregnancy.

Was told of possible symptoms. Wanted to hear what everyone experienced. Right now my biggest concern is nausea and I’d like to try and get ahead of it.

Anyone experience it and what did you do to make it go away?

Thanks!

Seeing Results! Want to Reduce Redness

Hi all,

Recently I’ve been on a new routine and it feels like almost all of my pustules (type 2) are pretty much gone. I see a few small red spots here and there but they are flat.

However I’d like to work on getting rid of the red flares that both my cheeks get. Is there a product, or an ingredient, that you swear by that has helped with the redness?

Thanks!

Those who cleanse with water and towel—what kind?

Currently I use just a plain 100% cotton washcloth, get it wet, then rub it over my face and that’s how I clean my face everyday. However I do feel like my face gets really red once I’m done cleansing. I don’t know if I’m rubbing too hard or maybe the cloth I am using is too rough.

Any recommendations for a good towel/cloth, one that is gentle but tough enough to clean the face?

Thanks!

Hi everyone. About maybe 2-3 years ago I went to a dermatologist. I remember having acne and I had a feeling based on research that I had rosacea. When I went, I told her my thoughts and she didn’t really confirm I had rosacea but just glanced over my skin and sent me home with a list of products to try (cleansers, moisturizers). She also gave me a prescription for azelaic acid though I don’t remember the percentage. I was told this was really the only product she could give me because I was trying to get pregnant. I didn’t like the azelaic acid and stopped using it.

Ever since then I’ve been dealing with the rosacea on my own. I don’t really get whiteheads but I definitely get tiny bumps on my face and I believe I have type II. Recently I started a new routine and it’s been going fine. I’m somewhat content with how my face is but I’d like to improve it if I can.

I’d like to try an active to try and treat the rosacea but don’t know where to start. I don’t really want to go to another dermatologist. Should I start off the lowest percentage (OTC) azelaic acid? Should I start with ivermectin? Or another active? I am still trying to get pregnant so I don’t know if anything other than azelaic is appropriate.

In case it’s helpful, I’m attaching pictures of my face. Also here is my current routine:

Morning - wipe off face with wet cotton towel. Spray face with the avene thermal spring water. Moisturize with versed dew point gel cream moisturizer. Then finish with avene cicalfate.

Night - i usually just add more of the versed moisturizer.

Thank you!
