Looking for someone to take over the master bedroom in our 3-bedroom apartment 2 baths. Our current roommate was planning to stay, but his two best friends recently moved to the area and he’d love the chance to live with them. We’re sad to see him go, but we totally get it.

💰 $1,700/month + around $80–$100/month for Wi-Fi, electric & shared household supplies.

📋 Stable income + proof of income/ID required. Sublease agreement required, ideally through June 30, 2027.
