I’m 27 and have worked for my family’s business ever since I graduated college. We have 6 retail stores around my state and the business has grown every year I’ve been here. I handle a lot of the e-commerce and marketing side and honestly love what I do.
My dad and grandparents own it. My grandparents are in their mid 70s and every time there’s a disagreement they talk about selling the business. Lately it feels like they actually might.
Nobody has ever told me if I’ll have any ownership, take over one day, or if they’ll just sell and I’ll be out of a job. I feel like I’m at the age where I need to know if I should keep investing everything into this or start making a backup plan.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Would you have the conversation now or quietly start looking out for yourself?

Haven’t seen much chatter about him this offseason being a buy or sell as an elite WR. For me personally I’m buying as a contender. I think Stroud will have a bounce back contract year and I’m not sold on Higgins/Noel/Dell either. What are you guys doing with Nico? I still think he is top 10 above Wilson Olave maybe even Tet.
