Is it hard to find apartments with these specs in midtown between spring Street and juniper

I'm trying to find a studio or preferably a 1 bed apartment thats walking distance maybe on the edge of biking distance to Marta

Just somewhere there isnt much car break in or homeless people in garage I can understand homeless people in near by parks or sidewalks. Just not inside garage.

An apartment with an balcony or window that open to get air flow.

And no major bug infestation. I can handle occasional small bug but not infestation

And working elevator. Preferably around $1700-1900 range.

I currently live in Society in a studio for $1900 a month and was aiming to go to Axis until I read that recently there was a huge car break-in thing going and security not doing much about homeless in their parking lot. One review talked about finding a homeless guy sleeping in car

I was really hoping to move into a 1-bed in Axis cause while a studio is nice I think I want that bed room separation again. And a 1-bed in Axis was around $1700 with a balcony.

Amenities wise a gym is preferable, but like my work has a gym so im not too concerned over it.

903 Peachtree was nice until I saw their windows are not openable

Watching Gen V for the first time and the teen drama is weird

For a show that satirizes everything, the college romantic drama of Marie and Jordan and Emma and Sam. Its kinda weird

Like who do they think the target audience is for gen V like do they think oh its a university show that will cater to the youths?

When Vought Rising comes out do they target audience is gonna be people like Shane Gillis who is into historical war shows.

This isnt teen titans go we literally see dicks and blood splatters like in The Boys. Like they could have toned the teen drama.

Wondering how to tackle this $8k debt. Should I get a new card or take money from HELOC?

I have 2 credit cards. 1 card i use to pay rent, HOA(on a rental house i own) and I usually pay off that card at the end of each month The other card is where I have 8k debt.

Income is roughly $5200 a month after tax. Rent is about $2300 but I'll be moving to a place soon where I should be able to lower it hope $1900. Rent includes all utilities apartment has us pay everything through them

HOA a ridiculous $440 for my rental unit. This house is fully paid off. I'm just paying HOA.

Food is about $400 a month

Subscriptions is $150. YouTube TV is the big one which is what i share with family

I have about $200 each month going to emergency savings and about $400 going into index funds.

I also have a $1k car payment each month.

While the rental house is fully paid off I'm currently going through an eviction which unfortunately means no rent for Past few months.

Right now I'm wondering if I should get a new card and stop using this card to tackle this debt. I have a HELOC on my rental house which I haven't really touched but I'm wondering if I should dip into to pay this card off

Any idea on how tackle this issue with runners knee flaring up with particular routes

So I live in Georgia and there is this trail called Cochran Shoals. The trail is kind of this smooth gravel road. I love running this loop cause it is a perfect 5k loop. I hate running laps on a track field when attempt to run 5k I usually like running one full loop. I use this trail for exercise all the time back in college with i think Nike Air Max plus it was a shoe with square cubes cuts in the souls and at the time I didnt really care for using shoes only 300-400 miles like I wore these shoes for years and snd i ran there every other day and it was fine.

Cut to recent years I decided to buy specifically running shoes and got New Balance Running Shoes with the foam cushions underneath from the recommendation at the run store. I run on the road and sidewalks all the time and never really had big issues but when I ran at Cochran Shoals once I got a big case for runners knee where I feel like I was scrapping the back of my knee with inflamed muscles. I didn't think much of it figured it just happens due to not running for a while or something. Took a few weeks to recover. Feared stairs for a while.

Then I ran Cochran Shoals again with running shoes with cushion underneath. The Nike laceless shoes with cushion underneath and I again got runner knees. Fortunately this time it only took about a week to recover I think I did Icy hot for maybe 2 days.

Anyone what it could be. The road doesnt have too much uneven surface maybe a little here and there but its mainly smooth. I want to run it more often cause again its a perfect 5k loop

Does anyone else feel the KLB discourse is frustrating similar to thr Kamala Harris discourse

I get that KLB was not a lot of people's first choice. I personally voted for Esteves. I'm still going to vote for KLB cause I want her administration as a whole over Burt Jones administration or Rick Jackson administration

Its not nor is it ever just about the person at top, but also about those underneath. While Kamala wasnt my first choice for president her administration would not be gutting the CDC or NHS or DOE or CFPB it wouldn't have gotten rid of USAID

Similarly a KLB governance wouldnt viciously try to gerrymander and weaken the voting power of minorities. It wouldnt heavily restrict reproductive rights. I feel like people are making the same frustrating mistake by saying its just KLB vs Jones/Jackson its her administration vs theirs and Jones/Jackson are so super open about their support for trump
