Main cannabinoids

Sorry for the repost everyone, had to fix some things. This post is mostly to explain and break down the endocannabinoid system and the cannabnoid from the cannabis plant. Any questions, feel free to ask.
.
Also the precursor to all these guys have an a, so things like thca turns into d9 thc by decarboxylating once heat is applied.

First ever song

This is my first ever song that I wrote a few years back but never had the courage to really record or post. Also I was afraid of someone stealing it lol. But I hope you all enjoy and if any tips feel free to offer some. This song means a lot to me and truly comes from my heart and I made it during a time I felt that no one was real about what they said or the music they made. So I wanted a songs that's true and what's said is truly lived by who's saying it.
.
I just wanted to post to share it and maybe get some feedback back also thank you

Heavy hitters

So I wanna start off by saying I’m not really a vape guy, definitely more a flower person. I had to make this review tho to say I genuinely really enjoy these vapes. The one on the left is love rosin, the middle is distillate, and the one on the right is cured resin.

Starting with the rosin one, it’s a straight up tangie. The taste is great and these devices not only deliver a good hit, but they also last a good time too. And by last I mean battery life and also how they dispense the vapor, it doesn’t use a lot of oil.

Now to talk about the resin. It’s basically the same device but instead of live rosin, it’s cured resin. For this strain they decided to go with a candy strain, a little gassy but very true to a runtz style strain I would say. Again same device so same style of how it pulls and all of that.

And last but not least, the distillate cart. Now I know many don’t line distillate but a few things I shall say is that distillate can beneficial in some ways for medical aspects or even recreational when looking for a specific desired affect. For this strain they decided to replicate a haze, and tbh I think that’s perfect for a distillate. When you think of haze you think of a very “sativa” type of high being very heady and cerebral and no real hard come down or crash. So with distillate being mostly thc, and then they added mostly terpinolene back into it, this creates a very hazy “sativa” like instant head high. The device as you can see is a very different device and let me tell you, this thing rips. A 2 second pull gives you a fat cloud like no other, it’s truly a really dope device and I enjoy it a lot.
.
I truly recommend looking into heavy hitters for a good solid vape recommendation. I never really care for vape as I stated above but these I had to do a review on. Taste and affects and smoothness and just everything is solid. I’d give it a 10/10 tbh for vapes out of the ones I’ve tried recently.

Endocannabinoid study

Hey again everyone, as you all know we have our own natural occurring endocannabinoids with in our own body. These natural cannabinoids work within our body to essentially maintain homeostasis and help regulate many systems with in the body. With that being said, I wanna talk about two specific endocannabinoids, anandamide and arachidonoylglycerol.

These two endocannabinoids are essentially our naturally occurring delta 9 thc, with anandamide being the main one and arachidonoylglycerol being a weak secondary. The only thing is that delta 9 thc when smoked is roughly 5-20 times more potent so on average about 12 times stronger than our natural endocannabinoids. So why am I talking about all of this? Well reason I’m intrigued about this is because if we can naturally raise our levels of those compounds, can we essentially feel a similar high to a small dose of d9 thc?

Can we possibly heal our bodies naturally, or at the very least maybe boost the effectiveness of cannabis and its healing properties by raising our levels? When looking for answers, I came across one of the ways to naturally raise these levels. This one major way is by running and getting about 30-45 minutes of cardio a day. The runners high is essentially a natural endocannabinoid high. Another cool way is by doing at least 60 seconds of very cold to almost freezing water at the end of a shower, or a cold water plunge for a minute. Studies have shown that doing this stimulates your nervous system and can elevate endocannabinoid levels.

In the pictures above it dives a bit deeper into other ways you can raise the levels naturally, however more studies are still needed to be done and research isn’t over. More post will come with time but for now enjoy these findings and let me know what you think.

Strain Review: J1

Family: Haze

Class: sativa

Cultivator: @clade9newjersey

Thc percentage: 20% - 28%

Total cannabinoid percentage:
22% - 30%

Main terpenes: Terpinolene - Caryophyllene -
Myrcene

Total Terpene Percentage: 2% - 4%

J1 is a beautiful haze that was created by crossing two well known strains such as Jack herer and skunk. This amazing cultivar will bring you that classic zesty hazey smell with a bit of a floral or clean like hint if that makes sense. When it's burning however, that's when that skunk really comes out and reminds me of just like some old school burning weed smell I love it. In my opinion, this Is an amazing smell/tasting cultivar and an instant favorite for those who are true lovers of cannabis, especially haze lovers.

The feeling of the bud is always fresh and a little sticky and even makes that fresh sound when pulling the bud apart. It's fluffy and squishy and for a haze is very triched out, it's just such a good classic fresh ass haze man.

The affects one may feel when consuming this strain may vary like any other, but the majority of consumers however should feel such affects such as an uplifting, head racey, energized like head high creating feelings of happiness, possibly strong euphoria, and feelings of creativity or deep thought if sitting around when smoking it.

Also when I smoke this strain I feel affects that cause me to just feel sometimes surreal from I guess the amount of euphoria and deep thought that washes over me, which is why it's good to consume this strain in my opinion during the day and when you are out and about, unless you wanna get deep in thought like philosophical stuff and or maybe create music snd art work.

For some consumers these affects can be a bit overwhelming and cause such feelings of euphoric paranoia and anxiety. So with that being said I would definitely not recommend this to new comers or people looking to deal with with certain types of anxiety issues.

So with all this being said, it's time to review it. This is my all time favorite linage tbh, I love haze and Clade 9 knows how to grow it. Rating 9/10 if organically grown, 10/10

Loc update: 1 year and 10 months

Sorry to repost, for some reason all my Reddit post were removed. I’m guessing it was due to my account being too new at the time

My hair is finally long enough again to where I can tie it up using a loc instead of a hair band. This is my third set of locs that I had for almost 2 years now, but my hair has been growing for about 3.5 years. Thought I’d clarify that

Strain review: Super Boof By Ev Family Farms

Strain Review: Super Boof

Cultivator: @evcultivators

Family: Tangie

Class: sativa leaning

Thc percentage: 22% - 30%

Total cannabinoids: 24% - 32%

Grow style: Organically grown in coco

Main terpenes: Limonene - Caryophyllene - and then myrcene and linalool are neck and neck for third.

Total Terpene Percentage: 2% - 3%

Other Volatiles: not tested but possibly Tropicannasulfurs and hexyl acetate

majority of consumers may possibly feel affects such as an uplifting/happy yet chill high that isn't too intense to cause any anxious or paranoid feelings. Not just do you feel it in the head but tbh you may also feel it in the body a little bit, like in the joints, with out getting that couch locking or heavy put down feel. every time I smoke this stuff I always just feel very happy, joyful and a slight mood enhance while still remaining chill and a little bliss.

This genetic of tangie however is one of the best tangies l've ever smoked. The strength of the taste and smell is absolutely insane giving you that real fresh citrus/orange peele like aroma however, unlike an original tangie, it only has a slight bit of that skunky weed smell that follows behind it. From the smoothness of the smoke to the over all look and feel of this bud, I can truly say it's literally perfect. The growers of this strain did such an outstanding job and I have nothing bad to say about it what so ever.

The bud is covered in beautiful trichomes creating that nice sticky icky feel and has that natural fluffy plant like structure to it while still feeling dense or like there's some weight to it. Not too dry and not too moist, as I stated before, it's literally grown, dried, and cured to perfection with love.

Truly an outstanding job from ev family farms and I'm so excited to see what the future has in store from them. If you haven't tried this genetic yet, I highly recommend you do. If you're not a fan of tangie well then try something from ev cus they truly know how to grow and are really nice people tbh.

So with all that being said my final review score is gonna have to be a 10/10 easily. Not only is it grown, dried, and cured perfectly, but it's also grown organically and by a family owned farm. It don't get no better than that.

Terpenes

In this post we will discuss terpenes and what they are and what they do. Terpenes are a type of volatile compound that give off smells and taste with in plants and can even play a roll in the effects one may feel from a specific cannabis strain. They aren’t the end all be all when it comes to the full smell and taste profile however they are the very base foundation for said scents and taste.

Up above or a few images going over the different terpenes and what they do medically and recreationally.

u/dreadheaded_kayaman — 1 day ago

Future cannabis profiles

So with all the info I been posting and what I’m seeing so far, a possible future cannabis profile for let’s say a tangie with a some skunk followed by a a slight sweet smell may look something like this…

Total thc 20%-28%

Total cannabinoids 22%-30%

Total volatile compounds 4%-8%

Major volatile compounds

🍊 Primary terpene (Foundation):
Limonene - dominant
→ fresh tangerine peel, bright citrus oil

💐 ⚫️🫑 Secondary terpenes Linalool → floral, lavender, Caryophyllene → black pepper

🦨 Secret driver (Loudness / Funk):
Tropicannasulfur-style VSCs (trace)
→ skunky, sharp, loud citrus funk
→ enough to smell exotic, not enough to smell straight diesel

🍬 • Sweet modifier (Top note):
Octyl acetate (trace)
→ sweet orange flesh, juicy peel, slight candy edge
* Support (optional):

Resulting perceived aroma:
Fresh cracked orange peel → sweet citrus mist → soft skunky sulfur tail

Not:
• orange soda 🍊🥤
• not cheese 🧀
• not diesel ⛽️
• not haze chemical. 🧪

More like:
Opening a jar and smelling real tangerine peel smell first, then noticing a skunky undertone, with a light sweet finish.

If you wanted the sweetness stronger and more artificial, l'd swap octyl acetate for ethyl butyrate.

Really important information

Hi everyone, as you all know I love to dive deep into cannabis studies and share what I learn with the rest of you guys. I’m still learning as I go so I still got a lot of studying to do with the rest of these compounds but from what I am seeing is very interesting and I think should be looked into more.

So at first I thought volatiles were something different from terpenes but terps count as a type of volatile. Terpenes however are just the base of what causes a strain to smell and taste a certain way. They are the foundation however those underlying notes or those specific smells like skunk, gas, cheese, blueberry, candies etc.

Definitely check this out and read thru these screen shots and lmk what you all think.

Oh and ps… Cannabinoids + Terpenes (Base Space) + VSCs (Pungency/Gas) + Esters/Flavorants (Exact Flavor Note)

All of this is truly what creates the overall final smell, taste, medical benefits and recreational effects of a specific strain. But that middle one can be other types of volatile organic compounds, that is just an example of one out of many that can fit there.

Orange push pop review

Strain Review: orange push pop

Family: Tangie

Class: sativa leaning

Cultivator: @clade9newjersey

Thc percentage: 20% - 28%

Total cannabinoid percentage:
22% - 30%

Main terpenes: limonene - linalool -
Caryophyllene

Total Terpene Percentage: 1.8% - 3%

For this strain I want to start off with the smell and taste before telling you the possible feelings and affects. This strain comes from the tangie linage of plants and due to that it hits you first with a very citrusy/orange peeley smell followed by a very skunky, musky, weedy smell that really stinks up the smoke spot and you can't help but smile when taking a whiff of this beautiful cultivar.

majority of consumers may possibly feel affects such as an uplifting/happy yet chill high that isn't too intense to cause any anxious or paranoid feelings. Not just do you feel it in the head but tbh you may also feel it in the body a little bit, like in the joints, with out getting that couch locking or heavy put down feel.

Again this was grown by Clade 9 so when it comes to the dry and cure you already know it was done as perfect as perfect can be for this cultivar. As I stated before, the smell and taste is great but also the feel of the bud is dense and over all a harder tangie but not dry. It's still sticky making rolling super easy.

every time I smoke this stuff I always just feel very happy, joyful and a slight mood enhance while still remaining chill and a little bliss. This is definitely one of my favorite linages of cannabis and I would say this is my second favorite strain at the moment. due to not only having some decent nice affects but also because of that amazing smell and taste, I honestly can't get enough of it. And tbh, mixing this strain with the J1 creates for such an amazing sativa high. Between the head buzz of the j1 and taste of the citrus from the push pop, it creates such a blissful experience imo.

Definitely pick some up and let me know what you think of it. overall rating... 8/10... if it was organically grown...
9/10
