14 yo me was pretty stoked I got to do this.

Never seen this style before and was curious!

I understand this is a JDM only watch which made it feel special. Feels a tad large on my 6.75" wrist but manageable. I'll be swapping the bracelet to a leather one soon.

Couldn't find much about these online before purchasing so I thought I'd post em. First pair of Docs. I'm tall so I didn't want anything huge and opted for the Brookline Chukka with a more sneaker-leaning sole. Wanted brown but couldn't pass on the deal I found on eBay lol. I'm a size 13 in every other shoe and a size 13 here as well. Lovin em!

Little explanation here: For many years we've wanted matching tats but all of our ideas felt shallow and forced and nothing ever felt perfectly right - until this. We have always listened to TONS of music together. We have similar interests and appreciations for music. We certainly have our own tastes in sounds, but the overlap we share is (*thankfully*) pretty large.

Going back as far as I can remember, as two pretty tatted people and as other tattooed people might appreciate, while listening to good and addicting songs we've always cracked a stupid lil joke - 'Ah I love this so much, I wish I could get that riff tatted'. It was always just a stupid little inside joke that we felt meant nothing - because you obviously can't get a sound tattooed.. When one day we had an epiphany, that we literally could get "that riff" tattooed. So that's what we did, Steve-O style (he has "your name" on his ass).

So now when we're listening to music, we can joke, 'I'm so glad I have that riff tatted!' 😅. I couldn't be more stoked about these. It's a matching tattoo that is wholly unique to us and was created organically and not just plucked from some other source and applied to our lives. It feels very special to share with her and they also turned out amazing!
