Got a match tomorrow. Here’s the bones of my army from Age of Sickmare. In your opinion:

1. Which units do I replace with what and why?
2. Would you add more regiments? How many and why?
3. What gear and cards would you take and why?

PS I asked for help with this list previously, but I was very fatigued and burned out then. I am much healthier now, and have more time to do stuff.

It was a good kitbash repair. Proud of how reforged their arms look.

Like how the hoplite gold really makes those arms look like renaissance-steampunk prosthetics.

Anyone know of any good electric blue shades to get in the recesses?

While waiting on a repair to dry, I am experimenting with Dracothian Colors on some reinforcement-substitutes.

(🤞🏻they updated the durgens this summer, because the blue chunguses need it.)

Fire-breathing update: The SCE helmets draw the eyes away from mistakes, so we’re good. (Thanks GW—for once.)

Fire-Breathing Dragon Statue Update:

The Shorter Flame Spout works better because the weight is more evenly distributed.

The Taller Flame Spout kept sagging, and now the dragon face is covered in glue and the wing dips below the base, scraping the ground constantly.

Can anyone tell me what tools and stuff I need to buy in order to (a) fix the $60 model I messed up, and (b) properly suspend and attach a model like this to a base like that?

Or should I just eat the loss and only make Stormdrake with the Smaller Flame? (I have a second set of fire-breathing bases.)

PS Yes, part of the motivation for this project is the four Stormdrake I already own are a pain in the ass to store and transport because they’re so tall and pointy. Yes, I have already broken and blobbed lances back on them.

Kill Team Exodites vs Sisters of Battle. 8-5: Exodites. It was Buffs & Movement vs Buffs & Melee. I focused on scoring objectives instead of killing.

Cannot understate how many buffs yet also how many technical movement “restrictions” the exodites get.

My favorite is that they cannot climb up to vantage points, but their dinosaurs and reach up and eat people standing on vantage points. Sadly the game ended before my Stoneseer got to use this power on the Soritas Warrior.

2 dragons floating. Next step is drilling and magnetizing the arms of their riders.

And then the process starts again over again. 😵

Now I understand why people play the blue blob “dragons” more than the proper ones. All glue pictured (and green stuff) was necessary. :dizzy_face:

Whenever my palladors charge, I like to imagine it looks something like what's in the second picture.

Anyone else render or properly draw fan art of their battles sometimes? Anyone else render their minis in a program before you color as both a test and because your life doesn't give you time to paint as much as you'd like?

PS I made them furries, because working with proper cavalry in Hero Forge is hard, also no hippogriffs, only griffins ('gryphons'?).

PPS Wound up losing this battle by over extending and also not committing. These palladors needed to engage Usharan. But since they didn't, he just casually walked away and took my home base while all my other hammers were still on the other side of the field. Those hammers wiped out 2/3 of his support heroes and his big monster, but didn't score. Was kicking myself for doing that, but my opponent knew how I felt and was a very gracious victor.

I think for next time I need to remember to do a single line of attack with the defense-offense pressure being that I just send new or different forces to wherever I want in the ranks of the army via all of our teleportation abilities. What do you all think?

Miao Ying the Storm Dragon from Total War: Warhammer III, the Grand Cathay faction. Here, as dragonborn instead of dragon that turns into a human lady.

Used the slim dragonborn asr for the body, 'stormdragon' as the base paint (swapped the blue for purple), and the digigrade aprs from community to make this. My thanks to you all.

Whom do you all buy accessories from? Specifically for playing the table top games in the real word? Like if I want movement trays, aura/blast radiuses, buff/debuff tokens, line-of-sight laser pointers, score cards, wound counters, threat range markers, ect; is this a good brand?
