Good political compass test?

Yo people would anybody know a good website which assesses my political stances and gives a overall average ( if thats the right word) of my views.
I believe that i lean right to the centre but at the same at in line with some liberal ideas as well, but I would still like to get an objective judgement!

Currently service desk! Should i become head cashier?

Hello folks!
Currently a service desk associate, was teasing the idea of becoming a head cashier.
But im kind of in a dilemma.
Although i like the sound of getting a “leadership” title and a possible $0.50-1 raise but at the same time i dont wanna bury myself under the responsibility of so many cashiera and lot guys.

Getting my title officially to go D90 also means i will have some restrictions to access in COM like doing COM returns, which sounds like a demotion to me.

Im also now kinda used to the busy nature of service desk/OFA ( i do help OFAs occasionally) and i believe that head cashier may be boring for me and i might start hating the job which as of now i find alright.

Whats ur opinion? What would you do in my situation?

For context, i make $19.81 as now and the recent cashiers were hired at $17.35. I also think getting a “good” raise is not likely

Interview help! Service desk to Head Cashier

Hello orange-blooded people!
Im currently a service desk associate for almost 1.5 yrs and have an interview for a head cashier position.
My time with the company may seem less but I am considered fairly reliable across my management so there is almost no chance of being discriminated as being a junior in terms of time spent in HD.

How should I prepare for the interview? What kind of questions should i expect? What typical duties of my current role should I connect with the head cashier position in the interview?

Co-op and pgwp situation

Hello guys, really need your opinion and see if somebody was in the same boar at some point themselves.
So i am interviewing with a good employer for a 12 months co-op ( sept2026- Aug2027) The thing is I am enrolled in a co-op diploma of 16 months.
So legally I can only do a maximum of 8 months in the co-op.

What i was thinking is that if i can convince the employer to have me do a 8 months co-op and the rest 4 months as a seasonal/summer employee.
The last 4 months of the co-op ( may2027- aug2027) coincide with a scheduled break in my college’s program.

Since I will be in a Work integrated learning program in the form of co-op through during the first 8 months, i will be considered a full time student in my transcript and college records and I should have no work restrictions in the scheduled break then right?

I was just curious if break the 12 month co-op like 8 month co-op plus 4 month summer work during break would break any immigration law?

Also I currently have a part-time job as well which i would ideally like to keep during the co-op as well, but if push comes to shove im ok in resigning there.

Just to know, i have both study permit and co-op work permit.

I believe that will be a cute little gift for her

If not keychains, maybe any chansey pins she could wear on herself?

Inventory pays more?

Hi all
I dont know if every store does this but during the annual inventory audit, my store pulls 7-8 associates aside and just schedules them as an inventory associate for 4-5 weeks.
And I heard that during these 4-5 weeks you are given full 40 hours for those weeks and get paid a little more? Is it true?
If this is true, i might put my name to be considered, my managers may consider me upon my request!

The kimono lady was…… good?

As per S4E7, we saw how fatima kind of controlled smiley which prevented kenny’s death.
It just occurred to me that in S3, the kimono lady might have actually helped them for the long run by making elgin do the arrangements for the birth of smiley through fatima?
Poor boy got his taken out for nothin?
Fatima’s connection with smiley, which is a result of kimono lady’s intentions, might actually be one of the more important factors which take them home.

They really may still be alive

After watching the last ep S4E7, i couldnt help but notice one thing.

Everybody here has pretty much theorised that every dead person may still be alive in fromville but I guess we actually got , like, a confirmation for that?
Like when sophie reanimated rogers body. They way the body touched itself, the face, the eyes and everything strongly suggests it was roger himself that was brought back from the dead. So it is true the souls of the dead are trapped somewhere and MIY has control over them.

But it was interesting that a kind of sacrifice was used? Like a egg in this case? So does that mean a life still needs to be taken in order to bring somebody back?

This also means the original children can be brought back from the dead again? I don’t know if their bodies would still be in good condition to give a soul back to tho?

Exam preparation

Hello there!
I wanted to ask folks from Alberta, specifically people who have given the 3rd period instrumentation and control technician exam.
I am currently studying the instrumentation diploma at NAIT and graduating next year.
I want to challenge this exam upon graduation and wanted an idea what to expect

How did you all prepare? Should I give importance to a specific semester from the diploma or is the course material more or less everything from the program?

Ive heard that the first and second semester stuff is a sizable portion of what is asked in the exam but still wanted to ask the people who have actually taken it?

And most importantly, Is it difficult? How long should i prepare?

Ikea?

Quick question, would working at ikea and home depot be a confict of interest/ against sop?
I am currently at service desk at home depot and came across a “returns and exchanges” position at ikea, which ofc pays more.
