Just wanted to share some tests made with Blender for a future wallpaper pack. The previous pack I made was not enough 00-ish according to you guys, so I'm trying more "sky box" type of lighting to be closer to Resonance's initial vibe.

Wanted to have some cold takes from y'all about Resonance user experience and interface design direction.

We had a couple of opportunities to discuss UX with the community, but we need proper user sentiment about the project next gen, since it'll be the biggest update so far.

Anything related to UX/UI is very welcome, there's no dumb question or suggestions.

Hey, just got my hands on a 2005 Giant Track Team frameset. From the listing photos I was pretty sure the fork had a front brake mount.

Just received it and there seems to be something under the paint, could be a genuine brake hole or ?. I've seen several builds on Pedalroom with front brakes on the same model, so I'm assuming it's drilled but I can't tell for sure without going through the paint.

Anyone familiar with this?

Note: I 'drilled' with a pointy tool 1 mm deep, but I can't see any hole. Scared to go too far.

It's a local desktop player with a skeuomorphic design. It looks like something from 2004 and that is the whole point. Called it r/ResonanceApp if anyone's curious.

iTunes 4, Winamp, Windows Media Player. Everything had texture and personality. You could tell someone actually sat down and thought about what a button should feel like.

Flat design won but I'm still not over it.

Anyone else miss this era of software design?
