Has anyone spotted the pelicans recently? I want to see them but haven’t had any luck so far since they haven’t been on lake monona so much recently!

Hello! It’s been 2 months since I had surgery for my carpal tunnel. I’m back in the gym and the pillar pain when doing anything where my palm is face down hurts a lot still, I know it’s likely due to scar tissue build up but I can’t seem to manage to massage it out. Has anyone been to a professional to fix it?
