Cento changed the recipie. Vinegar is now third ingredient, not second. And now there are gums, dyes and sulifites. It also went up in cost at my local store by 60 cents. I contacted Cento about the change and their response was lame.

Though I halved the sugar for the cake. I tend to find her cakes sweet for my taste. Cake flour a must@ great crumb!

I didn't need to add any water. Instead of using the food processor I used the stick blender and it came together quick!
