The product is live, and we’re now looking for people or companies who already work with housing societies, RWAs, builders, facility management companies, or property management firms and can help bring CivicNest to more communities.

I’m looking for a motivated Sales Intern who can help bring new clients to our growing digital marketing and web development agency.
We specialize in WordPress websites, SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and social media management, primarily for healthcare businesses such as dental clinics, skin clinics, cosmetic clinics, and other medical practices in Pune.
This is not an administrative internship. You’ll work directly on revenue-generating activities and have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions based on your performance.
What You’ll Do
• Identify and research potential clients in Pune
• Reach out to dentists, dermatologists, clinic owners, and healthcare businesses
• Start conversations through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualify leads and understand business requirements
• Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
• Help convert interested prospects into paying clients
Who We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Comfortable with outreach and relationship building
• Interested in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or business development
• Prior sales experience is a bonus but not mandatory
Compensation
• Monthly stipend (performance-based)
• 10% commission on every deal you help close
There is no cap on commissions. The more clients you bring, the more you earn.
