Is it worth signing up again?

I’m debating on signing up again for Poshmark (as a seller). Is it worth it?

I became so tired of the changes. The fact that Poshmark doesn’t seem to value their sellers. I am reading (mainly on here) that it’s getting worse. That people are noticing a drastic decline in their sales. I understand the economy is trash, but I am still doing okay in other platforms.

To those that are resellers for a living…is it worth it?

Return closed question

I had a buyer open a return because the item didn’t fit. It was a brand new dress. Measurements in the description.
I refused. I don’t accept returns typically and this wasn’t a valid reason, I just think they didn’t read the description and see the measurements. Not my problem. eBay closed the return.

I don’t know this but can the buyer try another avenue to return it? Saying it didn’t match description or something else?

I wasn’t sure what eBay allows. Thanks!

Pelvic floor pain - damn hormones.

I hope this can help any woman out there.

I was put into medically induced menopause just a few weeks after I had radiation for thyroid cancer. My menopausal symptoms were quick, severe, and debilitating.

I went to my OB-GYN complaining of everything, pelvic pain, urinary issues, back pain, you name it, and she told me I needed to wait a year of no periods before she would help me. In my case, that is not appropriate. She wouldn’t even order bloodwork, which another doctor later did, and it basically showed I’m postmenopausal. Btw, I’m 46 years old.

So for the last year, I had no idea that the lack of hormones could be contributing to excruciating pelvic floor problems. I’ve had so much testing done and nothing came of it. I even had an MRI yesterday, there is nothing suggesting something is structurally or nerve related wrong. This all points to pelvic floor dysfunction. I am now set up to see a pelvic floor specialist, but unfortunately that appointment is months away.

I started vaginal estrogen cream, but because this OB-GYN let me sit and struggle, my condition is far worse than it should be. I should have started treatment like this much sooner.

I know HRT is an option; however, I didn’t respond very well to it a few weeks ago. I am going to see a menopause specialist who can help me more with hormone therapy.

Moral of the story: hormones were my cause. I hope I can get real help. The pain is worse than both cancer surgeries. I hope this may help someone.

Testing I had. Many UTI tests. Many urine tests. Bladder US. Kidneys checked. Lumbar: x-ray, ct scan, mri. Went to the ER twice because it got so bad. Blood work.

Ladies. I found out the reason I’m suffering. Hormones.

Vaginal atrophy & PFD? Help

I have been dealing with thyroid cancer for the last couple of years and, in turn, had a high amount of radioactive iodine treatment, which put me into menopause very quickly. My body basically shut down, and my OB-GYN was zero help last year when this happened. She said she wanted to treat this as natural menopause and that I had to wait a year before she would help me, which is not what should have been done in my specific situation. She’s an idiot.

After the pelvic exam I had with her for my yearly appointment, I was in significant pain. I was having UTI symptoms but never tested positive for a UTI. I had a lot of pelvic pain, back pain, pain in my inner thighs, and a lot of other issues. I made her aware of this, and she wouldn’t do anything.

Since then, I have been to the ER twice because of this pelvic pain and UTI-like symptoms. Had a CT, nothing showed up as a concern. I saw a different obgyn and I was told that I have vaginal atrophy and was put on estrogen cream two months ago. It has helped some, but not enough. I started seeing a urologist, and he said to give the cream two months to see if it works. I go back to him at the end of this month for more scans. They tested me, and I have absolutely no UTI, bacteria, no blood in my urine, and my bladder empties correctly.
I do believe I have pelvic floor dysfunction because of the atrophy, or that I may have already had pelvic floor issues and now, with no hormones, it’s much worse. I tried HRT, but unfortunately there is something my body does not tolerate, and I had to stop. It doesn’t seem to be something I can take.

I have an appointment with a pelvic floor physical therapist, but that isn’t until July. I do a few exercises at home trying to help, but nothing is really improving.

I’m throwing everything but the kitchen sink at this, and I am struggling hard with the symptoms. Is there any information anybody can offer me? I have tried it all, and I will keep trying until the pain stops.

Right now, my biggest problem is that my whole pelvic region aches after I pee (not during). My inner thighs ache badly across my pelvis and into my lower back. The constipation is pretty gnarly, too. Sitting is horrible. I haven’t been able to work because of the cancer, and now this is making any job impossible. I cannot sit in an office and do my job at this point.

Help?

My eBay store is a brick. Nothing is selling. Two weeks now I haven’t sold a thing. This is weird because I never have had this issue.

I understand things ebb and flow, but this is my only income at the moment and I’m worried.

Has anyone else been in the mother of all dry spells?
