They always say that the zoo is going away but it hasn't yet; and i don't have any interest in getting more animals there either(have 20 around as of now) more so because it's going to go away anyway.
But there are many beautiful decorations like the waterfall which are locked behind it. If not for the number of animals or if the zoo is taken away i should have all of these unlocked as i am level 135+. Do i start building my zoo to get these decorations, I really don't want to waste the construction materials on the zoo.
I just don't understand what to do with these tcash - there is not a single worth while usage of this.
My profile upfront: level 138, have all the factories, most of them upgraded, 9 community buildings and 25 expansions left. And have all the extra slots in factories, and have 500 market boxes.
After the Match 3 change, i am not okay spending tcash for the moves, as it's way too much.
The only thing i spend tcash is the offer in the city market for barn expansion or community building materials; and ofc hiring the dealer.
but other than these there is no use case for me, and i have 250k tcash. what should I use these upon? I wish the city market offer of barn upgrade and community building materials refreshed every hour.

Of course it is bound to be risky(if the companies default, there is never a free lunch!), but if the fund is managed by a good AMC they should be diversifying the risk well and we should worry about facing a scenario where the fund's NAV goes down by more than 20-30%.
As such I was thinking whether this would be a good investment to get debt exposure - in addition to FD and liquid funds and not as their replacement as it can face some stress at times and as such won't be as liquid/good to rely upon.
Would love to know thoughts on why I should not be considering this or if you think this is indeed a good investment choice as part of debt in the portfolio.

Yes angad has been very stupid and terrible and deserves all this sadness etc but so does Vrinda. This lady doesn't once give a single thought and think about the other person. She just operates as per what she thinks her intentions and ends up leading others and just wants her partner to trust her 200%.

Novotel Dona Sylvia stood out in terms of the ratings but two things that bothered me - one is the price, it seems pretty expensive like almost Fairmont jaipur like on some days and not sure if it's worth 30k a night in case I happen to go on those days, but even otherwise a cancellable room with breakfast is 15-20k on off season. Second is the rooms, the propety looks good but the rooms look pretty off to me, gives a very old property vibe.
Would love to get some personal experience reviews and if the two points I mentioned are valid or not.

Planning a 5 day trip to Singapore for a vacation. I want to do sightseeing and relax from time to time in the hotel.
I checked accor and got overwhelmed with the options, and also not sure about the locations. Can someone please help with what could be a good option? I do not want to spend too much like Fairmont and at the same time don't want a very basic hotel like the Ibis. I saw some like Novotel Singapore Roxy, Pullman Singapore Highstreet. These looked okay for my usecase. But what would you suggest?

My mother has some FDs with SBI and they are in the monthly interest credit mode. Some of them got matured in the last financial year and new ones were booked.
HDFC FDs clearly show the intereset credited and TDS deducted as two transactions and as such easy to see how much tax was deducted and it was 10% which makes sense.
SBI however paid interest of 1.7L but deducted only 7k in TDS, which is roughly 4.5%, way lower than expected. There is almost no TDS in the first two quarters. In the tax certificate I can see that for some FDs, like one which paid 10K interest there is only 170rs tds.
I am super confused and not sure if SBI has made a mistake. How can I check or if SBI's calculation should be correct given it's all automated now?
