Is there a specific reason why some high output emitters are available in some 18650 lights and not on a 21700 light for example in the regular c8 u can op the f150r 20a buck but the m21a u can’t or the sft60 yet the M1 u can opt out f45r f150r sft90.
Milled Ti clip. Looked more matte in pics, very shiny, was hoping for it to match the DLC. But does feel good in the hand also in and out pocket is better compared to stock wire clip and it’s nicer on the hand.
Ordered a M2 as a good high cri compact all around light.
And super happy with the results of dedoming the easy to work with 519a I selected the 5700k as I read once dedomed is about 4200-4400k with slight neg duv.
For comparison the first pic is next to a s7 b35am 5700k where the 519a was slightly greener in camera but not to the eye.

Just notice this. Not sure if it came like that or happened over the last few days. Will inquire if I can return after using it for a few days. Seller might say no way to tell it wasn’t user error. In the event I’m stuck with it. Is this really a concern in terms of integrity of the scale. I’ve never had scales crack on me before.
New to the microjimbo s30v dlc. The detent is sooo strong, if it wasn’t because I’m used to finger flicking my native 5 back lock and I guess have some developed finger bicep, I don’t think I’d be able to reverse flick. Also very strong lock stick. Knives 3 days old. Is this normal and should it ease a bit after break-in period.
