The cud is at the left wheat stock

I’m not very experienced with errors coins I just like looking for them. With this coin, that metal shard lookin’ thing is what makes me think it may not be an error and just cut with pliers. But also look where the broad strike metal meets the cut, I feel like if it were cut with pliers it would potentially be more straight. Please do let me know what you think! I tried to take as many pictures as I thought were necessary. Let me know if you would like to see a different specific part of the coin. Thank you for any help in advance!
