I’m on day 2 of 25mg and so far I’ve noticed
-stomach gurgling and making heaps of noises and movement
- increase in resting heart rate (by about 15-20bpm)
- a more sensitive heart rate (spikes with just the slightest bit of movement)
- woke up this morning and felt like I had been punched in the face and my jaw was so tight it took forever to loosen so I could open my mouth more
Has anyone else had similar?
Genuine question. If you had a flutter in your chest that made you gasp for 3 seconds, how do you know if it was a palpitation or VT? Because you can’t tell without an ECG but they feel the same?

I started taking lexapro 2 months ago, during my first week of taking it I had the worsttttt panic attack of life and stopped cause I was so scared. However my anxiety has been absolutely unbearable this week, to the point I can’t drive cause I’m worried I’ll pass out, I have severe health anxiety:)
I want to start it again but I’m scared of the panic attacks. Did anyone find taking theirs at night reduced this? I was taking in the morning and had that panic attack around 2hrs after taking it.

Lately during my panic attacks it takes 2-3hrs to build, then right at the peak my whole body goes still, like everything has stopped and my hr drops 30bpm for like 15 seconds and beats really hard and slow before it shoots back up to where it was. It scares me because Everytime it happens I feel like this is it, this is the moment I’m about to die
Does anyone else have this? I’ve tried escitilopram but I couldn’t handle how bad it made me panic attacks for the 2 weeks I tried it. I’m really tired for 4 years it just keeps getting worse and worse. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to my heart. Always feel like one day it’s just going to stop and there’s nothing I can do about it and no one will be around to give me CPR or call an ambulance or something so I don’t die

I’ve been reading everyone’s posts in regards to sizing but I’m still not sure 🥲
The size 8 is comfortable but loose (like I can slide it off with no resistance), the size 7 feels tight and annoys me and I have a lot of trouble getting it over my knuckle when taking it off. Keep in mind it is winter and it’s 13 degrees at the moment and I can’t feel my fingers and they aren’t swollen. I slept with the 8 last night and the swelling was minimal so I’m not sure whether that warrants the bigger size now, I’m too scared to sleep with the 7 on in case it doesn’t come off.
On day 5 of 5mg of lexapro. Has anyone had any trouble with this? I spoke to my cardiologist and told him I was concerned about it but he just brushed it off. I have bad health OCD especially when it comes to my heart so now Im worried about developing Qt prolongation and going into cardiac arrest
Has anybody had any trouble with this? I seen my cardiologist yesterday and expressed my concern but he didn't seem worried and brushed it off. I'm on day 4 of 5mg and my max dose will be 10mg. I have health OCD and don't want to go into sudden cardiac arrest and die if I develop qt prolongation.

I have just started 5mg this morning and it has been amazing. Ive had little to no anxiety all day and my head feels quiet. However I have noticed on and off today my chest gets tight and I feel out breath after a sentence and I keep randomly losing my voice? I didn't think the breathing difficulties would be anxiety cause Ive literally felt nothing today.
