Apple Card limit lowered after large payment

I'm working on trying to fix my credit which is in the low 600s, primarily because of my credit cards having high balances. My Apple Card had a credit limit of $6000. Over the past week I paid $3000 towards the balance which was nearly maxed out. I was planning to pay the remaining $2900 balance next week so this card would be fully paid off. Today my Apple card credit limit was lowered to $3200. I'm guessing this will just hurt my credit even more now? I'm also worried that I will have this same issue with my other cards, because I am planning to pay my Discover and Chase balances down also this month. Should I continue making large payments, or break them down into smaller payments? Any other recommendations?

14 Cruze Blind Spot Monitor issue

2014 Cruze would say side blind zone alert off whenever I start the car. It had a code for the right blind spot module which I tested and it was bad. Got a used one, replaced it and I used a scanner to command it on and off, and it works. The car still shows the blind zone off when I start it, and in the center screen it doesn’t let me check on the blind zone alerts.
Does the module need to be dealer programmed?

Saw this 1988 BMW 535is for sale with 188k miles. It’s wrapped and has some rust from the photos in the listing. Not sure what these are worth. If it checks out mechanically is it worth $8k?

16 Model S passenger door handle microswitch issue - is this estimate reasonable?

16 Model S - passenger door handle will come out but you can’t open it from the outside, have to open from the inside handle. From what I’ve read it seems to be the microswitch issue. Is this a reasonable estimate from Tesla?

Have a 15 Chevy Sonic 1.4L and it won’t blow any air. Controller works fine. Resistor and connector were a little melted and I replaced both, no luck. Replaced blower motor, replaced a couple fuses / relays in the engine fuse box. Not blowing any air at all. Any ideas?
