just put out a free Steam demo for my pixel art horror game and could use some honest feedback on the camera/difficulty.

Description:
Escape Them is a minimal, retro-inspired 2D side-scrolling stealth horror game built using the Godot engine. The core gameplay loop centers around pure tension: you find yourself trapped inside dark, atmospheric corridors where you must search for a hidden key and successfully make it back to the exit door before a relentless monster catches you. I designed the visual style to emphasize thick shadows, candlelight illumination, and a sense of isolation. Based on initial player feedback, I recently implemented a critical update that overhauls the layout visibility, fixes an annoying camera bug, and introduces a unique door warning mechanic that alerts players if the enemy is lurking right outside, forcing high-stakes tactical choices before stepping through.
