35[M4A] Looking for friends in Manila & Baguio

Hi everyone! I’ll be in Manila from July 17–20, then Baguio from July 21–25. I’ll be traveling solo and would love to meet some friendly people to grab coffee, try good food, explore the city, go to live music events, or just hang out.
I really enjoy meeting locals because I think it’s the best way to experience a place and its culture. If anyone is free during those dates, feel free to send me a message. 😄❤️

I’ll be in Baguio from July 20–25. Any events or fun activities happening during those dates? 😄

Looking for things that are tourist-friendly—live music, festivals, local events, cafe’s, bars, hiking, or anything worth checking out.
Would love to hear your recommendations.

First solo trip to the Philippines – what shouldn’t I miss? 🇵🇭 😅

Hi everyone,
I’ll be in the Philippines starting July 16 for about two weeks, and this will be my first solo trip ever. 😅
I chose the Philippines because I’ve visited before and always had a great time. The people are amazing, friendly, and honestly one of the main reasons I keep wanting to come back.

I’m looking for recommendations for places to visit, things to do, good cafés, hidden gems, or anything you think is worth experiencing as a solo traveler.

One small request: I’m coming from a place that’s currently hotter than my future, so cooler weather would be appreciated. 😂
Right now I’m thinking about Manila and Baguio, but I’m open to changing plans completely.

If you had two weeks in the Philippines traveling alone, what would you recommend?

Thanks!

Any padel players in Baguio? 🎾

Hi everyone,

I’ll be visiting Baguio in July and was wondering if there are any padel courts in the city or people who regularly play padel.

I’d love to join a game, meet new people, and play while I’m there. 😊

Escaping the Saudi Summer: Visiting Baguio in July

Hi everyone,

I’ll be visiting Manila and Baguio in mid-July.

How is the weather around that time? And what’s the best way to get from Manila to Baguio besides driving?

To be honest, I’m coming from Saudi Arabia, so part of this trip is simply an attempt to survive the summer and find temperatures below 40°C 😂

Thanks!

Visiting Manila in July – Saudi Laboratory Owner Seeking Professional Visits and Knowledge Exchange in Laboratory Medicine

Hello colleagues,

I am a laboratory owner and laboratory quality expert from Saudi Arabia, currently managing multiple medical laboratories across the Kingdom.

I will be visiting Manila in July and would be grateful for the opportunity to visit several clinical laboratories and blood banks. My goal is to learn more about laboratory practices in the Philippines, exchange expertise in laboratory quality management and accreditation, and discuss emerging applications of artificial intelligence in laboratory medicine.

I am particularly interested in sharing experiences and exploring how AI can support laboratory operations, quality improvement, workflow optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

I would be delighted to connect with laboratory directors, pathologists, laboratory managers, and quality professionals who would be willing to host a brief professional visit.

Thank you, and I look forward to meeting fellow laboratory professionals in the Philippines
