One of the only handful of requirements i had in AM was that my wife has to work, I've said the same to her when i first met her , after engagement she bought up her work is toxic so she might change jobs i supported her it's natural, then it became about how all work is toxic no work life balance and said wants break after wedding i said ok under the condition that she should search for jobs during notice period.

Now that we are married and few months in she is saying she will take few months or years break like wtf, i got pissed off she did water works to justify. I get her job is toxic but so is mine work is shit we do it to survive, I don't want end up taking care of 2-4 ppl alone down the line .

Additionally she spends nearly her entire salary on herself and supporting her parents, what am I expected to not only take care of her but also her parents?

I've 7yoe , 33 , basically earn 16.5lk before taxes, i. Joined corporate late iny mid 20s, so always felt I had a longer runway, I got the worst hike in my career (3%), I was rated the top performer year by year, none of my hikes were below 9% , since I was directly being recognised in person by upper leadership

My manager said i only got 1% hike this year and he bumped it to 3% , he acknowledged it's a bad hike for the rating, said I was also reaching the saturation point, basically hinted this is going to be the norm and also implied finding jobs outside org or switching teams to ones that generates revenue

How did I hit saturation point with just 7 YOE? most ppl in corporate who start their career earlier have 10 yoe by 30 and would still not hit salary saturation and career stagnation.

I have few friends in other teams, same experience but much younger but earn more 23lk ctc on average, and here I'm dead locked at 20 lpa ctc, is this HR doing agesum?

I have tried a lot of modlist and moved on, some for new content ,some for not enough nsfw content, some stability , right now im trying to look for NSFW wchich allows toadd more loverslab mods

- JOJ :[8/10] quit after end game content , wanted to try Sexlab quests , kept crashing

- NYA [4/10]: nsfw sink, cant play ,huge load time, kept crashing

- LN [9/10]: the single best mod list i have tried, quit because wanted to try sexlab

- NEFRAM [6/10]: Got bored due to lack of good mods and graphics, also combat and other essential mods are missing .

all in all need a modlist to expand during endgame, it has to be sexlab compatible, stable and acceptable load time

My issue is that my brother is advising my dad not to spend his own money. Instead, he wants me to pay from my savings now and have my dad reimburse me later when some pending contract payments come through, which could take 1–2 years.

The wedding cost alone would be around half my savings, and I'm also planning to buy a car soon. On top of that, I don't like the idea of having to ask my aging father for a large amount of money years later.

Am I being unreasonable for not wanting to fund the wedding upfront when I don't even want such an expensive wedding in the first place?

Licenta Next : the best i've tried , most balanced , stable and has more features [QOL], more tested and compatible with additional mods if you get bored at end game, fun enough at end game

JOJ: very very stable, low load time, but sucks at letting you add more mods, has good graphics but its very unpolished compared to LN. not fun at end game.

NYA: nsfw sink and doesn't go too deep in either sexlab or lore friendly, and is very unstable , more prone to crashes

NEFRAM: Meh.. just has sexlab mods , will get bored very soon,

i need somthing like LN- stable and Sexlab

Socials , I feel like i should connect to other socials other than just phone chats, i dont want to look pushy

so end result would be warriors who achieved chim would be a regular occurrence to bring order to the chaos
