I walked 60+ thousand steps in 4 days

Mostly I live a sedentary lifestyle and I’m ashamed of it, always wanted a change but could never stick to it. I went on a trip to my home country and just walked around all day every day, landing at around 20 thousand steps per day! I have a walking pad at home that I’ve been struggling with motivation to use but I feel like I had a good start now with walking outside

Ponytail helmet wig tips?

I’m planning on cosplaying Vanellope von Schweetz and I want to try making a proper helmet wig. My first custom wig (for Jinx) I guess you could call a half helmet because the front of it was structured, and I think a full helmet will be more difficult because I have long hair with a lot of volume that needs to fit underneath.

My main issue with the Jinx wig is that the back wouldn’t sit flush against my head or stay in place. Like the part closest to my neck would hang and expose my real hair. This would be a bigger issue here since Vanellope has a high ponytail that doesn’t cover the back of her head.

I struggle with getting my wig head to match my own measurements because I don’t have the materials for adding to it and the proportions of it are just not accurate to a real human head, so the most difficult part would be making the back of the helmet wig actually align with and fit my head when I wear it.

I’ve watched a lot of tutorials on the process of making helmet ponytail wigs so the general idea seems doable but I could use tips on how to make it work in a practical sense!

Clementine, Telltale TWD: A New Frontier (season 3)

Telltale’s TWD has been my favourite video game franchise since 2012 and I’ve always wanted to cosplay Clementine because I grew up alongside her! I made the outfit when I was 13/14 but this is my first time wearing it. I wore it on day 2 of comic con (day 1 I went as Jinx from Arcane).

I pose awkwardly because I have autism, pls look past that xd

Edit: also I will be remaking this outfit with weathering for the future! Didn’t want to mess this up because I’m sentimental about it

Arcane Jinx cosplay at comic con!

I didn’t really get any good pictures but I had a good time!

Made by me: wig, shirt, nails, props.
(Props are shown better in my post history)

This was my first time making a wig! It’s like a half helmet wig, I used wood glue to slick back the hair on the top of the head and then hot glue, metal wire and tape to make the bangs. The hair accessories are made out of EVA foam and I placed them to hide where I extended the braids!

Definitely a learning experience and I hope to improve this cosplay a lot for my next convention.

Feeling like Shaggy that time he turned into a girl and also got buff 💪

This is what working in fast food did to my arms

Made this for a Scooby-Doo costume in HS 🦴

I dressed up as Scooby and my friend was Shaggy, I made the box out of some kind of white foam/cardboard material and covered it in coloured paper! I also made the ears and collar for my Scooby outfit but I don’t have a picture of those anymore.

They are cheap plastic press-on nails that I painted with POSCA pens and a silver sharpie and then a glossy gel top coat (cured with UV lamp). Didn’t have silver, blue or bright pink nail polish so I made do with the POSCAs!
