We immediately need an appointment setter. This is a completely inbound environment. We have generated a surplus of SQL and lack the bandwidth to call prospects that don’t self schedule. There are probably >5K engaged leads we simply cannot manage. No list building or research is needed; there are no barriers to consistent conversations. On average, 17 out of every 25 calls result in a connection. At a bare minimum, you need to book one meeting out of those connects. Once you're fully ramped, if you're not closng 10 appointments a day you can't close a door. Comp is straight forward, it is simply $20 USD per booked meeting, paid weekly. Meetings that convert will likely become commissionable events in the future but for now it’s just bookings. As for our agency, we've been operating since April 25.
