Its my second day on the job, I come in, the boss isnt in and no one has idea where im supposed to be or what im supposed to be doing.

So it makes sense to me to send the boss a quick text asking her where she wants me today.

And of course the dumb as fuck, 4 years of highschool in one room bitch is like "ummm youre not supposed to be on your phone thats the rooooolz!!!"

Bitch shut up ive been doing retail since before you started inbreeding. Im not playing on my phone im communicating with the boss. Ain't my fault you cant read so you didnt know phones could do that.

I hate hate HATE that.

I got fired from work for allegedly making disrespectful comments about upper management. Specifically I supposedly said the district manager can kiss my ass. I was informed of this via text message, and then i was ignored.

First off, i dont say " kiss my ass". Its just not in my list of catchphrases lol. I might say blow me or go fuck yourself but not kiss my ass. So we know that part is a lie.

Secondly, in a case like this im supposed to be able to defend myself. Im supposed to be able to ask questions. What specifically did I say, who did I say it to, when was this said, where was it said, and what was the context of the conversation. Is there a recording? I can hear the recording? Can I see the text they supposedly saved?

Nope, none of that. Ive spoken to the assistant manager who made the complaint, the manaher who fired me and the district manager who i was supposedly talking about and they just flat out ignored me.

Such bs. If theyre so right they should be able to back up their decision, which if they could they would have. So its basically my word against the little prick assistant manager. Its pretty obvious theyre all lying and I hope HR sees it my way.

I know, I shouldn't be sad. This company is a joke and my store is a dumpster fire but honestly I still liked it.

All for a bunch of nonsense. We had a mandatory meeting today and I wasn't able to attend. I told them a week ago I couldnt make it and there were no objections then.

Ive had zero complaints. No warnings, no write-ups. Not even a stern look. Everyone's seemed happy with my performance thus far.

The worst I do is im pretty open in my criticisms of management. Because they suck. But again not so much as a warning about it.

And now none of them are even talking to me. Manager just said "circle k has decided to part ways with you." DM sees my messages but won't respond. No one else has any clue.

They've tolerated some shitty behavior too. We have one guy who sits and plays solitaire all night. We had an assistant Mgr that fell for a scam a few months ago and they gave him a second chance. Jfc.

I got you this job. I encouraged you to apply, told you what to say. I recommended you to the boss. When other people spoke up about why we shouldnt hire you, I defended you. You wouldnt be here if not for me. I gave you pointers and showed you the ropes. I helped guide you into a promotion. You were my little protégé.

And now, when im frustrated with the district managers policies and how he constantly fucks with us, you rat me out because in a private conversation I said "he can kiss my ass"?

Oh my friend you have no idea the mountain of shit you have stepped on. I am making it my personal mission now to rain down hell upon you.

New assistant manager is not only a real hardass about official policy and rules but he has a big mouth about it with other employees.

Hes always like "i shouldn't say anything but I had to write up John the other day..." then he'll proceed to tell you exactly what John did.

Should I just let it go? No one likes the guy anyway and I wonder if this would get him fired or at least thoroughly chastised and knocked down a few pegs.
