How do I remove?

I used reddish brown henna from Almas Henna (contains organic henna powder, essential oils, distilled water, organic cane sugar). I applied at home for the first time and I really do not like how it turned out. How can I remove it?

I have fair skin so the I let the henna dry for 30 minutes before removing it. It is a deep red, very pretty (though a little splotchy in some places), but my designs are soooo bad.

Pools

I’m going to be visiting my fiance in Geneva in July. I lap swim regularly, and was wondering where I can continue to do so in Geneva. If not lap swimming are there any kayak/canoe rentals? Or good places to walk around the town for exercise?

Title I School, Second Year Teaching

I recently finished my residency + first year teaching at a school that I found to be rather hard. After a grueling job search, I chose the only option I had, a title 1 school that is going through really significant admin changes.

The resident who was at my previous placement before me works there and said nothing could have prepared her for this current school and she's had to start therapy to deal with this school. She's 20 years older than me and far more experienced.

Is there any advice? I am a high school ELA teacher in a state and district with extremely low literacy and have already struggled with students respecting/listening to me. I really want to do good for my students, but I am genuinely really nervous about this position and am worried about just how unprepared I am.

I really want to provided a rigorous but supportive environment because I feel so many teachers just give up and allow school to become 8 hours of nap time, but I also don't really have the time to start therapy like that other teacher lol

Henna

Are there any places in Louisville (preferably near the Highlands) that do henna?

Bonus if its a legitimate place of business and not just someone's side hustle (I get it, I'm just probably more comfortable not going to a random person's house).

CSS help

I'm a premium member and would like to finally make my profile look nice. Can anyone show me to some CSS that isn't super busy and doesn't shrink my character art? I just want a cute colored profile, not something that completely changes everything. All the stuff on the toyhouse is too much for me

Should I cut my grandmother off after she slapped my 4yr old in the face?

Should I cut my grandmother off for slapping my 4 yr old in the face?

For context my grandmother is 78 years old. She and my mother lived together and they are old school so they believe and spanking and such. They both know I do not use physical discipline.

So on Mother's day it was also his 4th birthday. We had lunch at my aunt's house and then went back to my grandmother's house and before we walk in the house my son just let go and lost his helium dinosaur balloon. We got him to calm down to open up one of his presents (mini baskenball goal) He was already tired at this point and I was putting together his basketball toy. When I told him it was missing pieces and I wasn't able to put it together he started having a meltdown. This time it's full blown meltdow I know there is no calming this one down. I decide that we're just going to head home but my mother and my grandmother get upset because they don't want us to leave. I sit back down trying to figure the toy out or rig it and my grandmother starts berating him for crying and screaming so she decides she's going to try to out scream him and tell him to shut his mouth at the top of her lungs and when he tried to match her volume she back handed him in the face. I told her she does not hit my child and I grabbed him and left. While I was buckling him in the car seat she came outside and yelled at him that's what he gets for throwing a fit and throws his brand new basketball toy in the dumpster. she didn't even apologize until almost 4:00 the next day and i didnt respond until she sent me more messages today. I am going to attached them
