So uhh, I guess word got out among the water thieves that Lordoss is up and walking around because they won't come to my base?
I'm trying to make water thieves come to my base because I need a mask to rebuild my shrine and so I can test out my "send Lordoss" button but they won't come to my innards? I've tried maxing out the water robots to increase odds I've done every quest to kill water thieves and massacred tons of their guys in shanty town plus their ugly drones but to no avail? What am I doing wrong?
