As someone that is interested in starting to read Nietzsche would “The Portable Nietzsche” by Kaufmann be a good book to start on?

I’ve been curious and was wondering Is it actually worth buying anything that’s listed on Frankie’s naturals or is it all low quality stuff?

Has anyone tried oil pulling with coconut oil while having braces and noticed any sort of improvements in their oral health? I’m thinking about adding it to my routine.

Does anyone else here with braces do martial arts and care to give any sort of advice to not damage the braces? I already use a “shock doctor” brand mouthguard but I find that it gets stuck easily or doesn’t properly fit around certain brackets of mine.

I consulted with two different orthodontists and one of them recommended me the MARPE and the other I consulted with said they could expand my palate without needing a MARPE using just dental expansion. Which would be the better option to go with?
