Resources for learning how to make high heel dance boots

I would love to make my own dance boots to help guarantee comfort and fit. Luckily I don’t need it to have flexible foot like Latin ballroom dancing shoes, but ideally I would want it to have a back zipper, an orthopedic arch support and interior cushioning.

I have profesional sewing experience and access to an industrial flatbed sewing machine for the uppers. But I have never made my own shoes from scratch. I’m comfortable with 3d modeling to make my own shoe lass and it’s something I have been very passionate about wanting to learn.

My question is what resources would you recommend to learn the fundamentals of shoe making? Specifically high heels

Mechanics for a riot

Hey I’m planning a one shot for my friends of an “oops all bards party”. It’s mostly an excuse for us to have high shenanigans but the general premise is the bards throwing a concert in a religiously oppressive city and exploring the themes of “how art is a powerful tool to overthrow authoritarian governments when the people out number the police”.

I’m going to try to have the one shot end with the bard band starting a riot at their concert, I would love insight on how to plan the mechanics for having the PC mostly do battle field support and moral boost when I’m not necessarily going to have 1 v 1 combats.

What would be some helpful ways to convey to the players that the focus of this fight isn’t necessarily to reduce enemies HP but to buff up townsfolks moral

Process for combining audiobook narrators using premiere pro v26.3

I have little experience with premier pro and I have a favorite audiobook I like to listen to while I fall asleep. There are two versions of the audio book, I mostly prefer Version 1 with the exception of the voice of one of the characters. Version 2 has three actors, narrator 1 who reads 90% of the book, narrator 2 who reads the footnotes, and narrator 3 who reads the dialogue of that one specific character

I would like to essentially replace the bits in Version 1 that read the character’s dialogue with the audio from Version 2 with narrator 3 much superior reading of that one character.

I have a txt file with all of that specific character’s dialogue compiled
I have the audio files of both versions

Is there a “find and replace feature” I’m just not aware of? How would you recommend I go about this process in the least tedious way? I’m a complete beginner so I appreciate any advice I can get

Resources for dance/workout classes

I found a telegram group that had a ton of online art classes. I really liked being able to switch between teachers and it helped me improve my art a lot. I’m looking for anywhere a lot of dance classes are shared i want to try different teachers and different techniques without going crazy

What’s up with all the Hermes from Jim

I’m just curious I keep seeing a lot of posts of people getting Hermes all from one seller called Jim. They look very nice but I’m also “like why is this the only one people are talking about”

Edit: so one of this was one of the response comments to my post. It very much reads like they just had the word “Hermes” flagged and a bot auto responded with a push to promote Jim. Makes me want to avoid him all together

I am a newly elected board member of an exclusively volunteer run maker space nonprofit organization. The organization started as an AV club for adults and over time evolved to offer access for more and more tools to use. The business structure is extremely rudimentary, members sign up where they pay a monthly fee. They have never had any additional fund raising or received any grants

The organizational structure was created by people who have never worked in nonprofits and was designed for when they had 50 something members. Now that there are over 600 members there needs to be actual structure and business plans. Instead of trying to reinvent the wheel I would love some recommendations for the extensive knowledge that is out there
