Saw this pop-up on instagram. How common is it for people to live in others states or US territories and actually travel to Alaska for drills? Is it the one weekend month? Do they bunch up drills into quarterly drills? This is interesting but I’m sure if it will get old if you live in Arizona and and gotta fly to Alaska for drill lol
I’ve seen on CHP website that out of the academy Officers make a base salary of $128,000.
What does the pay scale look like for CHP Sergeants and Lieutenants?
Anyone have experience working with this agency?
I know it’s broken up into Highway Patrol, Capital Police, Probation & Parole, and Investigations. I feel like information on Nevada LE agencies hard to find on here but when harder for the NSP.
Need to replace sway bar link on my 2020 Toyota Corolla LE local mechanic checking out Rockauto.com and said these are decent options. Which would you go with? Should I just go OEM?
Not sure if this is the right place to ask but whatever happened to all of those marked Ford Explorers for ICE that were going viral online? Did they actually make it to field offices or was it all just for show?
I’ve been working as a loan officer for 5 years for a credit union that’s been in the top largest by asset size.
I open new business and personal accounts, work on credit cards, auto/RV loans, Personal Loans, Home equity loans. I’ve worked in person for about 3 years and been working from home for the last 2 years.
There’s a sales aspect to it but the company I work for is very focused on helping the members. Very forgiving on the sales metric side thankfully. It’s a good job and I really do get to help people but also seen people make a lot of really poor choices over and over again.
Ask me anything!
Which departments or states have the best retirement plans or pensions? I see a lot of talk about California and some places like Delaware but where else?
