If You Had to Scale a Bookkeeping Firm to 100+ CPA Clients, How Would You Do It?

If you were running a bookkeeping firm focused on U.S.-based CPAs, EAs, and tax preparers.

Right now we’re trying to figure out the most effective way to scale client acquisition in this niche without wasting time or burning cash on the wrong channels.

For those experienced in B2B sales or lead generation, how would you approach this if your goal was to build a serious long term pipeline?

Would you focus on cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, paid ads, commission based setters/closers, or partnering with lead gen agencies?

Curious what’s actually working right now, especially in accounting or financial service related niches.

Hi everyone,

I’m a bookkeeper with experience across multiple industries, including real estate, grocery, dental, and several others (around 10 in total). Over time, I’ve worked with a variety of business models, which has helped me build a strong understanding of different bookkeeping needs and workflows.

I’m now looking to work more closely with CPAs and would really value some guidance from those already in this space.

I’d appreciate any insights on:
• What CPAs typically look for in a bookkeeping partner
• Common concerns or challenges when working with someone new
• How I can position my services more effectively

Thank you in advance for your time and suggestions.

Title: Xbox 360 with GTA V & Assassin’s Creed – What should I price it at?

Hey guys, I’ve got an Xbox 360 that I’m planning to sell. It comes with a few inbuilt games, plus CDs for Assassin’s Creed and GTA V. There’s also a single wired controller included.

I feel like this could be one of the cheapest ways for someone to get into playing GTA V and similar games, especially if they’re on a budget.

What do you think would be a fair selling price for this setup right now?
