i've made so much progress with my ocd. i'm in therapy once a week, on 200mg of zoloft, and have been generally just so much better here lately. i'd even go as far to say that i never had ocd in the first place.

but now it's like my brain refuses to let me live without my ocd. i get into situations where, at first, nothing even crossed my mind and im totally fine. but then it's "this used to make you really uncomfortable. lets go ahead and conjure up the most disturbing thoughts possible."

is it still ocd if it's technically me making myself think these things? i was only recently diagnosed with postpartum ocd. did it go away and now these thoughts are truly mine? i really, really hope not.

did tuition go up again? i see that it's now $1,062 for c-4 term. how often does it go up because i swear it just did in september.
