Is it fine if i use keep using references as a beginner?
I feel like I might miss important fundamentals such as perspective, anatomy and more.
(The right side is one I found on pintrest and the left side is an O.C I attempted to draw from mind)

So im at the endgame and I have recruited all 108 stars. I usually max each characters weapon that I will use for the final dungeon, but problem is this game is probably the hardest to grind since everything is so expensive.
Just now I have finally Finished FF5 and I kinda want to make a tier list of the games I have finished as of right now (Remember this is my opinion and I love each of these games equally). Now to start of the Tier List!!!
Warning: There might be spoilers for the games but I'll try to lower it to a minimum, and beware its been a while since I have played the rest of the games so my memory might be a bit wonky but I'll try my best to remember them 😀.
Pros: Now this is a masterpiece 👏
The story was so good and I love the humor and energy the cast radiated. Zidane the theif is just an outgoing guy and I aspire to be like him, Garnet may seem like your princess in need of help, but shes the opposite she wants to travel the world, Steiner the knight in shining armor who defends Garnet and has rivalry with Zidane, but slowly turns into friendship, Vivi....BEST CHARACTER IN HISTORY HE DEALS WITH FINDING PURPOSE IN LIFE AND WHAT TO DO WITH A SHORT LIFE HE INSPIRED ME TO KEEP GOING FORWARD AND LOOK AHEAD IN LIFE FOR BETTER NO.1 CHARACTER IN HISTORY, Freya the love sicken knight of burmecia who is actively searching for Sir Fratley, Quina the OP Blue mage (seriously he's way to op for his own kind) who is dumb and an air head, but its Quina for ya, Eiko the young mage (ooohhh I wonder who reminds me of that) who at first is a rival to Garnet for Zidanes love, but they both work it out together, and Amarant the mercenary who joins the group to be rivals with Zidane. I see a part of myself in each of them to be kind, to be caring, to mature, to find purpose in life, to keep pursuing, to be just a little child like, to be explore the world, and to have a fiery passion, each of these characters embody something that I want to be.
One part that really stucked to me was Zidanes Despair (PLEASE IF YOU HAVENT PLAYED THE GAME PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT WATCH IT ITS SUCH A PIVOTAL MOEMNT AND A FAVORITE PART OF MINE BUT PLEASE DONT SPOIL YOURSELF ITS SO EMOTIONAL IF YOU KNOW THE CONTEXT MORE). One thing I have to say without spoiling anything was that it was so beautiful and emotional to see. Zidane feels alone and locked away, but he has friends to count on to help him.
The story is also good with a change of villain mid game which was interesting to see. The environment is also lively to see from each location and how colorful it is.
The equipment system with FF9 is also unique forcing you to try different equipment to get different abilities (which is both good and bad, the bad I'll take about in the cons).
Kuja is lets say...reminds me of Frieza. He also has a God complex, but more in line with his main goal to why he's on Gaia. His relationship with Zidane is really interesting to see and how they managed it, most especially the ending.
Now the ending...MASTERPIECE!!! I have no other words to say its a perfect ending to a masterpiece of a game.
Cons: Of course it has it cons like the chocobo hot and cold which is very RNG to get the ultimate weapons.
The equipment system for the abilities is very grindy and you can even miss more of the better abilities.
The battle speed is a bit slow compared to the others which makes more groggy and boring to grind and play the game.
I wish the rest of the characters got more stories related to them like Steiner, Freya, maybe Eiko, maybe Quina, and most especially Amarant.
Final note: EVERYONE IS OBLIGATED TO PLAY THIS MASTERPIECE ONCE IN THEIR LIFETIME. If you want something emotional, something to make you rethink life, something to be inspired be, this game for you!
Pros: Well this isnt a suprise of course FF7 is here! I love the overall story and I understand now how and why its popular with has a lot of gut wrenching and heartfelt moments sprinkled in.
The characters are great with Cloud the merc who joins avalanche for money but soon spirals to chasing sephiroth, Tifa the childhood friend of Cloud who is very tomboyish and loud, Barret the gruffy and scary leader of Avalanche who is actually a caring person, Aerith the flower girl....THE JOY OF THE TEAM I LOVE HER SO MUCH, Red XIII the last of his kind...I LOVE RED I WISHED THERE WAS MORE OF HIM, Cait sith the mysterious joker of the team who is you know a bit controversial within the fandom, Cid the engineer (all cids are somewhat related to engineering) who is very hot tempered but leads with a heart of gold, Yuffie the mischievous ninja of the team, but tries her best to help wutai and the team, and Vincent the Vampire (technically I mean he does to me) who has a mysterious past with shinra. Yeah this a weird ragtag team but they have chemistry with each other.
Materia system was cool and it was really creative I really wish more games had a system like this (the only other one I know is trails in the sky).
Sephiroth is....interesting to say the least. He has a God complex with him that lead to the events of the rest of the game events. He is...an okay villain in my opinion.
I like the plot twist of Cloud and Zack which was very surprising to see since I was wondering "where was Zack?".
Cons: For me personally I do get lost about whats happening in the story and it sometimes confuses me (this is probably a me problem tho 🙃).
I wished there was more of a story to Yuffie and Vincent and Vincent especially (I know the remake makes them better but this is PS1). Vincents only story related to him is about him and Lucrecia and its only a cutscene. It really bummed me out.
The ending was a cliffhanger and didn't really elaborate what happend after Sephiroths defeat (Only focusing on the game itself and non of its spin-off).
Final notes: Yeah everyone has to play FF7 atleast once in their life. Its such a monumental game in the history of JRPG itself and putted JRPG as a genre on the map.
Pros: The story is also great (your gonna hear me say this for everyone of them)! It includes themes of Love, Betrayal (too much of it), Friendship, and Rebellion.
Each of the Cast is great Cecil, who becomes a Paladin at the climax of his story, Rosa his lover who will follow him to the ends of the earth, Rydia the child summoner who comes from a village of summoners who grows as a person, Edward who is a bit of a sissy and a scared guy, but has a heart of gold, Yang the monk who is stern and a strong guy, Tellah the mage who will do anything to avenge his daughter, Palom and Porom the twins who journey with Cecil on his journey to Mount Ordeals, Cid the engineer of the team who is your run of the mill engineer with a temper, Edge who is a bit of a perv, but has a strong sense of justice which motivates him to join the group, FuSoYa the mysterious mage who you meet at the end who tells Cecil his true self, and Kain the Dragoon who is a close friend of Cecil who is trying to better himself in redemption. Yeah theres a lot of them but the more the merrier!
Golbez is an interesting villain with the plot twist at the end which genuinely suprised me.
I like how there are set groups that the game has you play with as jt forces you to play with EVERYONE atleast once throughout the game which keep you on your toes.
Cons: This is a product of its time and console its on as I feel like the story could conveyed better with how many emotional moments it has.
The Golbez plot twist was a bit unexpected and I wished that they both spent more time together knowing there relationship with each other.
Theres also a lot of secret items, but less from what I know.
Final notes: Yeah its a great game all in all. I dont really have any problems and that much cons with the game and I REALLY RECOMMEND IT you will have a great time playing this game.
Pros: I absolutely LOVED THE MAIN CAST. Barts is of course your typical hero, but has a tragic past with his family, Lenna the caring girl who WiILL (im not exaggerating) help everyone she can, even if she will die, Faris the tomboy (and long lost sister) who is the chill and relaxed of the group who's a bit mischievous, Galuf (Best character OAT) the good old grandpa who isnt yout run of the mill old dude, he's a bit humorous and leads the group on their adventures, and Krile the young one, the joy of group and lights every dark hour. This chemistry of characters is what I love the most of FF5.
The story is also great with having happy, wholesome, and even sad parts. Without trying to say any spoilers, the story starts of trying to save all of the crystals as the worlds element is about to go haywire, it then slowly turns into a story about friendship and resilience as the main cast tries to stop Exdeath as he slowly destroys the world and gain power.
Exdeath is also a great villain. He has got to be one of the most powerful villains in any media I have ever seen. I wont try to spoil anything, but he has powerful feats, im suprised nobody talks about him.
The job system is of course the main attraction of FF5 (I will only list the pros here as the cons will be at the cons section). Whats so good is the variety of jobs that you can have. We of course have Series standard jobs such as White mage, Black mage, Red mage, Monk, Knight and other more. Theres also some not so popular one such as Chemist, Rangers, Mimic and more. The variety of how many Jobs here is great and I wish to see more of them in future games (that I will of course play).
Cons: I wished that we spent more time with the old Warrior of Lights. Its so cool to know that there were other Heroes before the main cast, and I wished we knew the more as a team and each of themselves. The story also isnt the greatest sadly. I feel like its like a good middle ground comparing to other games I have played, but it really isnt that bad.
Theres also a lot of secret items and spells around the game which I dont really like since im more of a linear type of person of a game, but I do appreciate it still for those treasure hunters who want to explore every nook and crany of the game.
The ABP system is a bit grindy since normal enemies dont drop that much of ABP which is really hard to max every job.
Final notes: FF5 is a great game that I really recommend to enjoy for the job system and the characters that it presents.
Edit: Oh yeah what game should I play next?
To my knowledge this is a Nikon D5100. This camera was my fathers but I recently found it since I want to do photography as a hobby. For someone who has zero knowledge about cameras and photography, is this suitable for me?
1-3 (Erdrick trilogy) - Of course the HD-2D remakes.
4-6 (Zenithian trilogy) -The remakes, but possibly also HD-2D remakes if square decides to release them soon
7 - Now here is one that im not sure of. The Ps1 had all of the original content, but was pretty long. 3ds and Reimagined im not sure what they removed and improved.
8 - Both versions look nice. I only played the PS2 version since I normally emulate on my pc, but 3ds also look nice with Red and Morrie with extra content.
9 - Only one version which is the DS.
10 - Yeah I wont even attempt to try and play it.
11 - The definitive version of course.
AFTER 135 HOURS OF MY LIFE SPENT INTO THIS GAME, I HAVE GOTTEN MY FIRST EVER PLATINUM AND DEFEATED MY FIRST EVER SUPERBOSS IN ANY GAME!!!DID I LOVE THE GRIND? ABSOLUTELY NOT! BUT DO I STILL LOVE THE GAME? ABSOLUTELY YES!!!
Currently at the endgame of FFV at the third world and Exdeath is actually scary. The way he easily disappears whole towns is frightening. He even has a whole army at his disposal. I didn't expect this from a villain in FFV since I had low expectations for the game itself. Heck I could even say he has more feats than sephiroth since he manages to merge TWO worlds, TWO whole worlds and bring it back to one. Heck he may be even one of the strongest villains I have ever seen. Im actually quite worried how the party would defeat him.
For a while now I only knew how to solve a cube which is of course a good thing, but now I feel like I want to be faster now. I want to try and get consistent sub-1 minute solves now. Any tips for someone like me? Im currently tryiing to do intuitive F2L (albeit a bit slow because I have to look for the corresponding edge and corner which takes up a lot of time and inserting also takes a while) and trying to memorise 2 look F2L and 2 look OLL (it is a bit hard since im starting to memorise different algs).
For me it has to be the Ulorder. Although I havent watched ghost, I immediately fell inlove with the tgis driver. I love the green and black color scheme (like Ben 10's watch, one of my childhood shows) and how its worn like a watch. I like the idea that the driver is like an eyedrop especially since ghost uses the eyecons for its main gimmick.
