Internal electrical options?

I'm wondering what the internal electrical options look like. I'm aware that there is a 400w 120v, but are there any 12v worth mentioning? What is the wattage or amperage for those?

Has anyone had any (relatively easy) methods for tapping into the main battery for more wattage?

Alternatively, has anyone dropped large batteries into the back to run 120v devices? I would hate to go AC (home) -> DC (battery) -> AC (plug) -> DC (external battery) -> AC (plugs), but I might not have a choice.

I'm going to try to run 2 freezers and a fridge.

Broke my back skiing... Struggling to get back on the bike

I broke my back skiing about a year ago.

It wasn't a really bad break, but it was scary. It has made me a slightly more hesitant skier, but for some reason, I just can't will myself to get back on my bike.

I lost a bit of movement in my back for a while, but with PT I got most of it back.

And at first that felt like the reason. It was uncomfortable. But now it's been over a year, and my brain just won't let me get going full tilt any more.

Any advice? Anyone gone through something similar?

Ground truthing a quote

So, got a quote today in Western Washington for $71k on a 16.7kW system, no battery, but everything else covered.

We get about 2200 peak solar hours, and our new price for solar puts the ROI around 13-14 years.

This price seems a bit high, but I'm wondering what people are paying now in Washington state for installs.
