Lucid Dreaming & How to Do It Less Than a Week

If you're struggling with lucid dreaming and u haven't experienced it, I can help u through it easily. I'll explain it here: if ur ambidextrous then leave. If you're right handed- Use ur left hand or left foot all week, and vice versa.

If ur too lazy then at least try for 1 minute a day and see where that leads you. I've been sharing this same exercise for years btw, and people are just too logical and stupid. If u move to Mars,.don't take the logic of Earth with you. Lucid Dreaming is something any child can do, so ignore the dumb instructions about how to lucid dream and how it takes years to achieve.

Use ur opposite leading foot or hand. Just try brushing ur teeth, or writing for a couple minutes with ur less dominant hand.

Mermaids and Mermen in My Tribe

I made a post about a merman sighting I encountered in the Paranormal community in reddit, but it got removed for 'creative writing'.  I'm Native American Indian/white, so we have been brought up with respect for nature.  I have so many water encounters, but I'd like to know about everyone else around the world with human/fish beings experiences.

My ancestors carry a tradition about water and food.  My brother in law always took food to the water if any of us had a dream about water.   When I asked him about it, he told me a story about my tribe that happened over a thousand years ago.  A prince went missing, so the Chief and his Queen asked about the whereabouts of their little boy.  A woman with spiritual abilities took the matter into her own hands and went into the water.  She entered the Water Kingdom and asked the leaders where the young prince was.  I won't go into details, but they had their own excuse of why they took him.  He wasn't being looked after and he looked neglected,  so the water people took him.   She saw them eating him, and they told her if they find any children alone they will take care of them.

Natural Escape From Anxiety

I overcame an anxiety attack yesterday, but it kept trying to come back when I was trying to sleep. My mind was so active and thinking the worse case scenarios about life, etc. I decided right there I'm just gonna lucid dream to escape this torment.

I fell into sleep the same way people submerge themselves into water. I

knew I was dreaming, but suddenly I needed the bathroom. Every stall in that place was disgusting! Although I knew i was lucid dreaming i still had respect for all the people in the bathroom so I didnt embarrass them. I decided right there- "I don't want to go back to my waking state yet just to pee. I wanna stay here instead.

I just ran outta the bathroom and enjoyed my dream. I think I was in a big beautiful city like Dallas or Orlando, or somewhere in Kentucky, but damn it was fun! Idk why I posted this, but y'all... it's a whole lot better than therapy, alcohol, or drugs when u can lucid dream!

Cat Saw the Intruder

We just moved, so I'm still getting used to this house and our neighborhood. We have many historical markers in our area, and old mansions that are still lived in. There are centuries old oak trees everywhere. Our local graveyard has graves from the civil war, so it's quite old here.

It's such a beautiful old neighborhood so I wanted to go play and explore with my astral body. After my bestie left for work I lied back down and waited for the sun to come up before I went out. The vibrations begin, and that's when I disconnected from my physical self.

I heard my neighbors making breakfast, their conversations, voices of kids wanting to go back to bed, music, etc. It was coming from all around me like sound had no limit.

A creepy man (possibly another A.P.’er) came into my house and into my room. He went towards my body like he had gross intentions. He leaned over to kiss me.

“You know you trespassed! Get out of my home!” I shouted. But I wasn't in my body yet. He looked so angry and surprised that I saw him.

I didn't have full access to myself yet. I was between both physical and astral. I pushed his face away from mine with my left hand, but he bit my fingers. My physical eyes opened because of the astral pain. I wasn't fully mobile yet. That's when I saw my cat in the room growling at him. My hand was still in his mouth, so I curled my fingers down and pulled his jaw downward. He immediately let go and was yelling at me. I didn't care what evil words came out of his mouth. He ran out and disappeared.

I got full access to my body again, but I was so worn out already from what happened. I got outta bed, grabbed my cat and hugged him. I still had the aspiration to go to the oak trees, so I lied back down with my cat in my arms and made a second attempt.

The vibrations came, and I went out and had fun for 2 hours. That was my morning. I had to tell someone that I needed to go back to my body. I don't think some people know they are even astral projecting. I had to tell a nice woman, “This isn't a dream, it's called Astral Projection. Look it up when u get back in ur body.”

Old Fashioned Circus Train

A relative and I drove to the gas station to get some slushees since it was so hot that day. That's when I saw an old fashioned circus train coming to a stop. I couldn't keep my eyes off of it. Towards the end were cars with bars. I saw people in there, so I waved hello to them.

They responded, and started climbing on the bars and making faces at me. (The animals looked like they were treated better than those strange people.) My relative looked unfazed by them so I didn't say anything.

We went inside the gas station and got our slushees and immediately left.

I couldn't help but stare at all the circus freaks as we were driving off. It was like they were trying to get my attention. One of the men had bushy blonde hair and colorful, dirty clothes on. He was acting like a clown and smiling at me while dancing funny. I started laughing because of how silly they were acting. I waved goodbye at them and they all waved back. That's when I seen men all dressed old fashioned walking by the cars. One of them hit the bars and shouted at the circus freaks who all hissed back at them.

My narcissistic relative who was driving wouldn't stfu, so I waited til she stopped talking. That's when I asked, “Isn't it wrong to transport humans in cages?" She seemed confused by my question. So I was like, “Didn't you see that circus train and all them weird people?”

She said she didn't see anything like that, and was now curious. She turned the car around almost instantly but by then the train was gone. It was like seconds for them to vanish.

To this day there is something about old fashioned circuses that fascinates me. I love clowns and the art of entertaining people to make them happy.

Big Bertha's Bikini Pics

Weird confession, but here it is: When I was a kid I came across a thick envelope with lots of pictures in it.  Someone probably meant to throw them away because it was near the trash bins.  I recognized the young woman in the pics because I remember I didn't like her at all because of how mean she was.  It must've been her vacation pics because she was partying with people.  Not being mean, but everyone in the pics were way overweight and sporting bikinis, and speedos.  I think I got jealous while looking thru the pics because she was happy and having fun.  Anyway, I carried that envelope with me wherever I went.  I walked into the local college and put up some of her pics on the bulletin board.  If I was at someone's house I'd put a pic of her in one of their frames or on their fridge.  At the grocery stores I'd also put her pics up where the ads are.  That was my revenge on her.  I even put her pic on my mom's fridge.  After several months someone was like, “Why is what’s her names bikini pic on our fridge!?  Who knows her?”  It was hilarious seeing peoples reactions.

I don't know what possessed me to do this, but I was just a dumb kid.  I'm sorry!

Was it Deja Vu?

This event took place when i was around 10 years old.

My mother, sis, and I were staying at a relatives home during the winter season.  My aunt has 4 sons- my cousins all around my age.  My cousins, sis, and I were all watching TV in the living room when this dejavu took place.

I was sitting on the sofa.  My seat was in the corner that had a good view of the whole room.  I don’t remember what we were all discussing, but that’s when it happened!  I was in midspeech and of course everyone was looking at me.  That’s when DejaVu hit!  This was so different.  Sitting right next to my sister was another kid looking at me, waiting for me to finish what I was saying.

If you read this far, please bear with me as I explain this…  it was like I was seeing different layers.  One second the other kid wasn’t there, and then they were there.  The whole room was changing off and on.

I said aloud, “Whoa!  DejaVu!  Is this DejaVu!?”

This other kid felt like my own sibling; my flesh and blood.  I can’t even remember the gender, because everything was changing around me.  It was like time didn’t exist.  As I type this I can’t help but almost cry because it was such a rare moment.  I looked into my sisters confused but amused eyes, and at the other kid.  I felt love, memories, and that awesome sibling friendship with this kid.  Then the whole room changed and went back to normal.

That kid wasn’t there anymore!  I was so awestruck, but I didn’t want to tell everyone what I just witnessed.  My sister knew something happened because I could see the concern in her eyes.  She asked if I was okay.  I answered, “It was just dejavu.”

It felt so overwhelming, I just got off of the couch and ran back to the room where my mother was, and cried my eyes out to her.  She kept asking me what was wrong, and when I tried to explain to her it felt like she was mentally distancing herself from me as if I was being crazy.

I didn’t understand what happened to me.  I thought adults knew all the answers at the time, and I felt so alone.  I had another sibling in that ‘DejaVu.’  We had a childhood of memories, love, and a beautiful bond, and suddenly, they just vanished out of my life.  I can still see their big beautiful eyes staring at me.

Years passed, and today I have nephews and nieces.  When I talk, they all give me that same look the dejavu sibling gave me.  I don’t understand what happened, but I like to think that God gave me all my beautiful nephews and nieces that feel like my own brothers and sisters because I had my dejavu sibling disappear out of my life.

Cat Centuries Old

This past Memorial Day my husband's siblings came to our home for the weekend.  While we were having breakfast I picked up my cat and brought him to the bar so they could meet him.  I first noticed how terrified they looked of him.  My husband had to reassure them that my cat was safe.

Moments passed and everyone was talking at once about a cat from their childhood that was centuries old.  I’m still gathering the details, but I’ll share what I got:

When they were children they met a yellow cat.  My husband said he never wanted to associate with it, pet it, etc.  There was a centuries old home in the area where they lived that burned down, and got rebuilt.  My sis in law said she explored the rebuilt home, and went into the attic out of curiosity, and found an old chest of photos and miscellaneous items.  There were photos of the same cat in there!  They distinguished it by the same burnt tail, and fur patterns.

One day they witnessed the cat get run over by a vehicle.  It was flat as a pancake, but suddenly it seemed to inflate back to its normal state and walked away.

(I can get more details later because it seems they have so many stories about that strange kitty. This took place in San Saba, Texas.)

(No, I don't have pics. This happened in the early 1980s, and I'm doing my best to collect more info on this.)
