stuck on the maintainance mode login after enabling selinux permissive on tumbleweed (not sure what patch im on fairly recent at least)

i am unsure why this is happening, i cannot even login since i set root shell to nologin. i could probably chroot into it and enable root but would that even help? shpuld i just try disabling selinux with a chroot?

i set the grub configuration from apparmor to selinux

it seems like it was purely started for the purpose of the whole licensing dispute thing, but why does suse use it? it feels like a slightly more limited version of zfs

obv the power of opensource is that anyone can make anything but like why are companies funding it? you compare any of them to ext4 and like yeah ext4 has its place as the dumb simple and fast file system for end devices that you can throw lvm on for more customization but btrfs and zfs fill almost the exact same role, why are they both being funded?

it is such a good way to to reduce personal waste by reducing large plastic bottle consumption and doing cannister exchanges in store but ofc every canister and licensed syrup funds genocide

ive been wanting to get a couple hard drrives to make a zpool for my proxmox server but drives just like arent as cheap as i feel like they should be. i wanna be able to have at least a raidz1 pool

im curious what sort of used hard drives are tthe best value right now. i dont have a case wih tons of space to mount hard drives but i might add in more mounts with "creative solutions"

i was looking at 4tb sas 2 drive bundles on ebay and that seemed okay it how cheap sas 2 cards are, but if u got any recs for what to fo for im interested

facebook marketplace i dont live in a super major tech center, so theres niot ike crazy deasl on there or anything although i dont check super often

is this a fire hazard? or is it just unlikely to work? it seems like some ppl have success charging some button cell batteries with 3v.
