There's one room vacant, 8k rent, no electricity and water bill ofc, now the important part, food,

A cook comes daily 2 times and cooks food whatever you want just under 2k rupees.

Facilities avl :

1. Washing Machine

2. Fridge

3. Water Purifier

4. WiFi

You'll need to have a mattress as the bed is double bed and no worries if you don't have a mattress, I have a single one, which you can use =)

Now, the total rent per month :

8k Rent + 16k Deposit (one time) + 2k for cook + groceries

It's just 1km (walkable distance) from RVU.
