Himalayan face wash( i don’t know i have been using it for years)
Azelaic acid 10% gel
Deconstruct moisturiser
Nuetrogena sunscreen
Night:
Himalayan face wash
Tretnoin gel 0.025% (short contact therapy)
then rinse with water post 1 hour
then Deconstruct moisturiser.
should i start applying tret daily with SCT or should i start applying by leaving it overnight ??

I was on Accutane for 5 months 20-20-20-10-10.
post 2 months of completion of treatment i stopped applying all the creams i was applying like, clindamycin, Adapalene, xtralite mild tretnoin cream. But for next 5 months i didn’t applied any. Like i was still getting 1-4 pimple per month, but then one day i thought i should re start applying xtralite mild cream, to remove the minor marks left on my face, but guess what i purged and purged like for 3 weeks and at the end of 3rd week i decided to quit, as i thought if i go on like this i will get back to where i was when i was on accutane. So now its been 3 months post stopping all again, but i gets still 1-3 pimples per week, most of them are very small and gets away pretty quicky, but i am curious is their any way i can get rid of all, like getting 1 pimple in months type thing? As my diet is all clear, my sleep is 7-8 hours, i works out , normal skincare routine( cleanser, moisturiser, spf) but still getting minor pimples, i wanna be free of them. Is their any way?? Has anyone has been successful of it?
