I recently got a Virtuoso Max for my laptop and have been using it for around 2-3 weeks now. I’ve been happy with it, but as of a few days ago, I’ve noticed for some strange reason, certain games or applications seem to experience some sort of issue. I’m not at all versed in computer problems or terminology, so I apologize if I don’t explain it right, but the audio begins sounding choppy at random times whilst also briefly running slower. I’ve tested this on multiple different games I own, and I’ve seen its most noticeable in certain roblox games. I’ve also switched my audio output to regular speakers and then back to my headset, and found the problem does not appear when using default speakers, but starts up again once I switch to the output. If anyone can help in any way, it’d be much appreciated.

ive really only learned about what I’m talking about like a little over an hour ago so I apologize if i don’t seem well versed in what im experiencing, because I’m not.

I was playing arma reforger and while playing held down the W,D, and E keys at the same time and realized only two keys registered. I thought it was just a small issue at first and looked for a fix to soon learn about keyboard rollover, ghosting, and the hardware limitations that keyboards can have regarding them. I looked up the specs of my laptop, an Omen 16 gaming laptop, and it claims to have NKRO, but yet cannot hold down three keys at once. ive opened up multiple different keyboard rollover testers and ive been able to press multiple different keys at the same time, but cannot for the specific 3 key combo I’m trying to use. is there any explanation that can help me understand what and why this is happening, and if at all there is a fix?

clips I record keep messing up my own mic audio. whenever I test my mic in the audio settings, my mic will sound fine, but once I actually hear my mic in my clips, it’ll sound way too quiet and/or cut out if I even get a little loud. everything else regarding my audio is fine. is there any fixes regarding this?
