How can I possibly stop skin picking behavior when I’ve been doing this for more than I decade?
I dont know if its because im sensory seeking, but I always pick my skin, any skin is possible once I get the chance to peel something. I want to stop since I sometimes bleed and Im not doing this to harm myself. But im concerned since I’ve been having this for years and im late diagnosed so im unchecked most of the time. I feel bad because I’ve never outgrown my behaviors like a “normal” adult.

Works well for small projects (I only do small projects. I only use the trackpad. It’s honestly my first macbook, and using the trackpad was new for me cause I only use mouses on my windows laptop as windows trackpads are kinda eh (just my opinion).
