My HyperX Alloy Origins with Aqua switches is starting to die and I'm looking for a similar keyboard to replace it with. I really like the Aqua switches as it's fairly quite, linear, but there's still a bit of tactile feedback. I used to have a Cooler Master with loud cherry blue switches that required a lot of force and while it was fine when playing SC2, it wasn't pleasant to use otherwise due to the noise. Therefore, I'm looking for a new keyboard with the numpad that has a similar feeling as the HyperX. I may consider a smaller, ten keyless keyboard as well since the numpad is nice to have and rarely used.

The HyperX Origins 2 is currently on sale but they only come with Red switches instead of Aqua. Would the difference be significant between the two? I saw Aula and Keychron are pretty popular as well, but they need proprietary drivers? I'm using it on Windows 10. No plans to use it with anything else at the time.

I may be getting into a new 2025 Elantra N and where everyone is buying their parts for such a niche vehicle? I'd be tracking the car so coming from a MK7.5 GTI, I'm used to buying everything off FCP Euro or WCT Performance. Whereas with the Elantra N, I'm having trouble finding Ferodo DS2500 front pads. N75 doesn't carry them, with the most aggressive pad they sell being EBC YellowStuff

Big ones are not allowed but what about a small one that'll fit in my festival bag?

I'm planning to visit China for a month this fall. The plan includes spending 2 weeks working remotely on my laptop, tethering off my phone using an ESIM, working from 8PM to midnight and then again from 8AM to noon. It's basically working from home except that I'm in China instead of Canada. No meeting clients or anything like that. The most I'd do is work in a cafe for a change in scenery.

According to my company, I need to check the law to ensure I won't get in trouble with the local authorities. So in the case of China, would I need to get a work visa to work remotely like this? I don't think so since I'm not getting paid by a local employer or meeting local clients or anything. I have colleagues who work when they are on vacation, either working off their phones or laptops all the time.

I'm looking to visit family and Asia this fall and I was wondering where I can find a short term rental in Hong Kong? I'll be working from 8PM to midnight and then again from 8AM to noon while I'm in Hong Kong so I need a decently sized space where I can set up my laptop and have good Internet. Probably need a small kitchen or kitchenette too?

I do have friends and family in Hong Kong but they don't have space for me in their homes.

I've heard of the radio ads on the Chinese radio for agents like Chris Wu, or for townhouse projects in York Region, but what if I want to buy an unsold condo in Toronto along the Sheppard or Yonge subway? Does anyone know who I can turn to? I asked my Realtor and he got in touch with a sales manager at Concord and Concord told him $850k for a 2 bedroom condo at Leslie and Sheppard. I might as well buy a townhouse for that price

There's about 30 brand new 2025 Elantra N DCT left within 100km of me in Toronto. The list price is about $41.5k to $43k on AutoTrader, and a new 2026 is $44.7k according to Hyundai Canada. Since these cars have been sitting on the lot for a year or more, what would be a good ask for a new 2025 Elantra N? I'm thinking $37k? Maybe $36k? I doubt they would sell it for $35k...
