Teary eyes is this normal?

My foster girl has teary eyes all the time and I have to wipe her eyes every day. The residue is like a light brown. Is this normal? Her shelter doesn’t seem worried but idk

How toasty are we thinking she’ll be

Wonder how long she’ll spend in the toaster…can’t wait to find out!

Is this just a food belly or…

He has had normal poos but his sister is currently sick. We are running a fecal exam on her stool right now. He is Scottish Fold so they are more compact but idk, he’s very chunky lol. It is pretty soft though.

Super day 24 hour turnaround

I interviewed for a SWE position and we were specifically told multiple times that the decision would be made the next day. Well that was last week and now it’s Tuesday. I already sent a follow up email Friday but does anyone know why this may be happening? I thought it’s pass/fail and then you enter team matching. I don’t get why they wouldn’t get back to me?

Constant crying

The SECOND my 4w old kitten is not actively entertained she will cry. Her brother less so. She is energetic, likes to eat (though she is still learning), and is clearly bonding to me, trying to climb me and follow me around. I have had her four days and two days in this started. I have never had kittens this young so I don’t know if this is normal? Are some kittens just very vocal? Her other behaviors lead me to believe she is ok but please let me know if there is anything I should look out for.

Does it look like her ears will fold?

Fostering her from a hoarding rescue. Supposedly she is a scottish fold but I am wondering if she got the gene. She is 4.5 weeks old rn!

Kitten has not pooped yet

Just got her and her brother yesterday from the shelter. They are one month and two days old. Both have peed and her brother pooped (on the floor lol). But my little girl has not pooped yet…they seem hungry and eat wet food constantly, but are still figuring out how to eat so I don’t think it’s much yet. When should I be worried?

My Paris purchases

So happy:) Thank you to all who helped me decide on the Celine WOC in my earlier posts! And behind you can see my beautiful Le Tanneur Emie in large. I am so satisfied with my choices. Everyone was so kind in Paris too. Great trip!

Anybody lose their voice?

Idk if it’s allergies or a cold but I have the most bizarre situation. I had a really dry cough for one day and then lost my voice completely the next. Today is day two. I have literally no other symptoms though…is there some weird bug going on? I’m also kinda new to seasonal allergies so is this normal? It feels like my vocal cords are just super pissed at me rn lol and I can’t get more than a sentence out.

Battle of the Little Black Bags

I am looking for an evening bag, as per my last post here, and I have scoured the internet for some options! I am leaning towards a French brand since it will be my Paris purchase, but I had to sneak a Prada in there because they are my favorite brand :) What do you guys think? Feel free to add similar bags if you have a favorite!

The YSL is a bit big but I think they have smaller options - really just looking to fit some credit cards, my phone and a few lip products.

Flap bag that is not puffy

Sorry for the awkward phrasing - I am very new to Chanel. I never really liked their bags because I felt they look very stuffy due to the almost marshmallow look that their flap bags often have. I prefer delicate jewelry, clean lines and soft leather looks. However, I discovered the flag bag in burgundy from their Spring/Summer 2026 pre-collection and omg I am in love. It looks so soft and elegant, even a bit slouchy. I am sure it scratches like crazy lol but I don't care. The proportions, the stitching, the finer logo, it's beautiful!

My issue is that it only comes in burgundy? So my question is - how rare is this smoother finish without the puffiness? Does Chanel bring out more colors as the season goes on or how does it work?

I am looking for a small handbag, but one that isn't super ornate or puffy (also why I don't love many Dior bags). Thank you!!

JPMorgan coding interview language agnostic?

I have super day coming up with one coding interview. Can I choose the language? Apparently, this position is in Java and the recruiter wanted me to do the OA in Java but the coding assessment is more about algos no??

JPMorgan Super day process confusion

Hi, wondering if anyone from JPMorgan could give insight - I was reached out to by a recruiter for a position, I applied, completed the OA, and then the recruiter told me I was 'signed up' for super day next week. However, I have no link or anything and the recruiter is not responding. Can you guys tell me if it's like a Zoom link? And how that works? I haven't really had any communication with anyone besides this one recruiter...

Hitting a serious road block.

Hey guys, I'm unfortunately one of those many laid off folks trying desperately to get a job. I was laid off around a year ago (I know..) and so far I've gotten to virtual onsite four times, but each time there was one interview I didn't nail and I think that cost me the job.

I am kind of at a loss. I am a mid level engineer with three years experience and firstly, most roles are senior and up. For those that I do qualify for, there's thousands of applicants. While many of the prep manuals will say something like "it's about the thought process" or "we care more about communication" I do think we're at the point where you basically need perfection. Idk am I wrong about that? Anyone get hired lately after a shaky coding interview or system design fumble?

I am considering going to Europe because I do have EU citizenship, but I don't know if it's any better to the American market. I don't care about salary at this rate, I just need a damn offer.

Honestly, I don't know if I will ever get to that point where I do amazingly in all interviews. It's been so long now and I'm unsure what to do.
