The mango project genuinely turned out much bigger than I expected 🥭😭

A few days ago, I casually made a Reddit post about naturally ripened Ratnagiri Alphonsos thinking maybe a few local people would be interested.

Didn’t expect the kind of love, trust and response Reddit showed at all.

In less than a week somehow this turned into:
• 100+ dozens coordinated
• 1200+ mangoes
• 73k+ views
• 95% upvote ratio
• Repeat customers already ordering again
• Same-day Mumbai deliveries
• Intercity shipments across multiple states

We’ve now coordinated deliveries to:
Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Ranchi, Nanded, Kerala, Arunachal Pradesh and a few more places 🥭

The funniest part honestly has been reading people’s reactions after opening the boxes 😭

“The whole kitchen smells insane.”
“These don’t taste like supermarket mangoes.”
“Bro amazing mangoes.”

And honestly, that’s exactly why we love doing this.

Good naturally ripened Ratnagiri Alphonsos are becoming harder and harder to find properly nowadays.

Most people are used to:
cold-storage mangoes,
artificial ripening,
or mangoes that look good but don’t actually smell or taste the same.

For us this genuinely started with one simple intention:
help more people experience proper Alphonsos again during the season 🥭

We still coordinate everything in relatively small batches because maintaining quality matters more to us than scaling aggressively.

And surprisingly, despite everything scaling up this fast, the pricing is still the same:
• ₹600/dozen
• ₹2400 family crate (4 dozen)
• Premium handpicked luxury batches at ₹2000/dozen 🥭

So genuinely:
thank you to every single person here who ordered, commented, shared the post, trusted us or even just interacted with it ❤️

Never expected Reddit to accidentally become a mango distribution network 😂🥭

If anyone’s still curious:
feel free to DM your city/pincode + quantity and I’ll honestly tell you what’s feasible with the current batches and delivery slots :)

Happy to help! :)

You know they’re real Alphonsos when the entire room smells sweet before the box is even opened 🥭

My family started shipping naturally ripened Ratnagiri Alphonsos directly this season and honestly, supermarket mangoes don’t even come close.

🙅🏽‍♂️No carbide.

🙅🏽‍♂️No cold-storage taste.

Just soft saffron pulp and that insane aroma you only get during peak harvest.

We’re doing small batches at ₹600/dozen(4 dozen/box) and in Mumbai we can usually get them delivered the same day if ordered early enough.

Happy to share photos if anyone’s curious.

Honestly just excited more people get to taste real Alphonsos this season :)
